ಅಮೆರಿಕದ ಕಪ್ಪುವರ್ಣೀಯ ಕವಯತ್ರಿ ಮಾಯಾ ಏಂಜೆಲೋ ಬರೆದ “Still I’ll rise’ ಎಂಬ ಈ ಕವಿತೆಯನ್ನು ಓದಿದಾಗಲೆಲ್ಲ ಗುಜರಾತ್ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ನೆನಪಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮೋದಿಯವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬರೆಯಲು ಕುಳಿತಾಗಲೆಲ್ಲ ಮಾಯಾ ಏಂಜೆಲೋಳ ಈ ಕವಿತೆ ನೆನಪಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆಕೆ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದು ವರ್ಣಬೇಧ ನೀತಿಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ, ಶ್ವೇತವರ್ಣೀಯರ ಮೇಲು-ಕೀಳೆಂಬ ಭಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಧಿಕ್ಕರಿಸಿಯಾದರೂ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿನ ಬಹುತೇಕ ಪದ, ಪಂಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಮೋದಿಯವರನ್ನೇ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಬರೆದಂತೆ ಭಾಸವಾಗುತ್ತವೆ! ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಕವಿತೆಯ ಮೊದಲ ಪಲ್ಲವಿಯ ಮೊದಲೆರಡು ಸಾಲುಗಳಾದ “You may write me down in history/ With your bitter, twisted lies’ ಯಾರಿಗಾದರೂ ನೂರಕ್ಕೆ ನೂರರಷ್ಟು ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುವುದೇ ಆದರೆ ಅದು ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ. ಕಳೆದ 10 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ, ಅಂದರೆ 2002ರಿಂದ ಮೋದಿಯವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡದ ಅಪವಾದ, ಆರೋಪಗಳೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಅವರನ್ನು ದೂಷಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸದೇ ಉಳಿದ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಶಬ್ದಗಳೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್್ನಿಂದ ಕುಮ್ಮುಕ್ಕು ಪಡೆದಿರುವ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದ ಬಹುದೊಡ್ಡ ವರ್ಗ ಬಹಳ ಜತನದಿಂದ ಮೋದಿ ಚಾರಿತ್ರ್ಯವಧೆ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇಷ್ಟಾಗಿಯೂ ಅವರ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಈಡೇರಿಲ್ಲ. ಮೋದಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಮೂರನೇ ಎರಡರಷ್ಟು ಬಹುಮತದಿಂದ ಪುನರಾಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಷ್ಟು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ, 2014ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾಗುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸಂಕೇತಗಳೂ ಸಿಗುತ್ತಿವೆ!
ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ, ಮೋದಿ ಅವರೇ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಎಂದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇ ಆದರೆ, ಅದರಿಂದ ಅಪಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಲುಕುವುದು ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಎಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅನುಮಾನವೇ ಬೇಡ!
ಅಂಥದ್ದೊಂದು ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗುವುದನ್ನೇ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಲು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಂಬರುವ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಗುಜರಾತ್ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಿದ್ದು, 182 ಸದಸ್ಯ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಸದನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೋದಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಬಹುಮತ ಪಡೆಯುವುದು ನೂರಕ್ಕೆ ನೂರರಷ್ಟು ಖಚಿತ. ಬಹುಮತಕ್ಕೆ 92 ಸೀಟುಗಳನ್ನು ಗೆದ್ದರೆ ಸಾಕು. ಆದರೆ 100ಕ್ಕೂ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳು ಬಂದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಮೋದಿ ಪರಾಜಯ ಎಂದೇ ಬಿಂಬಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೇ ಯಾವ ಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕಾದರೂ ಇಳಿದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಬಲಾಬಲವನ್ನು 100ಕ್ಕೂ ಕಡಿಮೆಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹವಣಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಪಿತೂರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳೂ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಲೇ ಬಂದಿವೆ. ಈ ಸಲ ಮಾತ್ರ ಕೆಲವರು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹುನ್ನಾರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬೆಳಕು ಚೆಲ್ಲುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕಳೆದ ವಾರ ‘ದಿ ಸಂಡೇ ಗಾರ್ಡಿಯನ್್’ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಧವ ನಳಪತ್ ಬರೆದಿರುವ “Congress plans sleaze campaign against Modi ‘, ಟೈಮ್ಸ್ ಬ್ಲಾಗ್್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿನಾಝ್ ಮರ್ಚೆಂಟ್ ಬೆರೆದಿರುವ “Target Modi’ ಹಾಗೂ ‘ದಿ ಇಂಟರ್ ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಹೆರಾಲ್ಡ್ ಟ್ರಿಬ್ಯೂನ್್’ನ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಆವೃತ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕಾರ್ ಪಟೇಲ್ ಬರೆದಿರುವ “Spent guns target Modi’ಲೇಖನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೋದಿಯವರನ್ನು ಹಣಿಯಲು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹಿಡಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹೀನ ಹಾದಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಇಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೂ ಆ ಹಾದಿ ಯಾವುದೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿದ್ದೀರಿ?
ಮಾಧವ ನಳಪತ್ ವಾದಿಸುವಂತೆ ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳಿವೆ. ಒಂದು ಉತ್ತರಾಖಂಡ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಗೆ ಆಂತರಿಕ ಕಿತ್ತಾಟ, ಪಕ್ಷದೊಳಗಿರುವ ನಮಕ್ ಹರಾಮ್್ಗಳು ಹೇಗೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯನ್ನು ಹಾಳುಗೆಡವಿದರೋ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ, ಗುಜರಾತ್ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ಇರುವ ಕಾಶಿರಾಂ ರಾಣಾ, ಕೇಶುಭಾಯಿ ಪಟೇಲ್್ರಂಥ ಅತೃಪ್ತ ಆತ್ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಮೋದಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಎತ್ತಿಕಟ್ಟುವುದು. ಎರಡನೆಯದಾಗಿ, ಮೋದಿಯವರ ಚಾರಿತ್ರ್ಯಹರಣ ಮಾಡುವುದು! ಅಂದರೆ ಮೋದಿಯವರು ರತಿಕ್ರೀಡೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವಂಥ ನಕಲಿ ಅಶ್ಲೀಲ ಸಿ.ಡಿ.ಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಗುಲ್ಲೆಬ್ಬಿಸುವುದು. ಆ ಮೂಲಕ ಮೋದಿಯವರ ಚಾರಿತ್ರ್ಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಪ್ಪು ಚುಕ್ಕೆ ಮೂಡಿಸಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಕೂಲ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು!! ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ಪಂಜಾಬಿನ ಎನ್್ಡಿಎ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯೊಬ್ಬಳು ಹಾಗೂ ತಮಿಳು ಚಿತ್ರನಟಿಯೊಬ್ಬಳನ್ನು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ತನ್ನ ತೆಕ್ಕೆಗೆ ಸೆಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮುಂಬೈ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಂಡೀಗಢದಲ್ಲಿ ಫ್ಲಾಟ್್ಗಳನ್ನು, 2 ತಮಿಳು ಚಿತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಹೌದು, ಮೋದಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಜತೆ ಲೈಂಗಿಕ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರಿಂದ ಅಫಿಡವಿಟ್ ಕೊಡಿಸಲು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ತಯಾರಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದೆ!!
ಆಕರ್ ಪಟೇಲ್ ಕೂಡ ಮೊದಲ ಮಾರ್ಗದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ಕೇಶುಭಾಯಿ ಪಟೇಲ್, ಸುರೇಶ್ ಮೆಹ್ತಾ, ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್್ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಚಿವರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಗೋರ್ದನ್ ಝಡಾಫಿಯಾ ಹಾಗೂ 6 ಸಲ ಸಂಸದರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತಿರುವ ಕಾಶೀರಾಂ ರಾಣಾ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ಸಹಾಯವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಮೋದಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಎತ್ತಿಕಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಕೇಶುಭಾಯಿಯವರಂತೂ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಮೋದಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ದಾಳಿ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಹಿಟ್ಲರ್್ಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಕೇಶುಭಾಯಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಝಡಾಫಿಯಾ ಪಟೇಲ್ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದು ಅವರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಶೇ. 22ರಷ್ಟಿದೆ. ಆಂಧ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಗನ್ಮೋಹನ್ ರೆಡ್ಡಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇಡೀ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಜನಾಂಗವೇ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್್ನಿಂದ ದೂರವಾದಂತೆ ಕೇಶುಭಾಯಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಝಡಾಫಿಯಾ ಮೂಲಕ ಪಟೇಲ್ ಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನೇ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಿಂದ ದೂರ ಮಾಡಲು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇವರಿಬ್ಬರೂ ಏತಕ್ಕೂ ಬಾರದ ಮುದಿ ನಾಯಕರಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಭಾರೀ ದೊಡ್ಡ ನೇತಾರರು ಎಂಬಂತೆ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಬಿಂಬಿಸುವ, ಪಟೇಲರನ್ನು ದಿಕ್ಕು ತಪ್ಪಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ!
ಇಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್್ಗೆ ಮೋದಿ ಮೇಲೆ ಇರುವ ಮುನಿಸಾದರೂ ಏನು? ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಿದ್ದೆಗೆಟ್ಟಿರುವುದಾದರೂ ಏಕೆ?
ಇವತ್ತು ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಗಾದಿ ನಡುವೆ ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಕಂಟಕವಾಗಿ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದು ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರು!! ಇಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೂ ಯಾರ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾದರೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಈ ಪರಿ ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಇತಿಹಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡಿದ್ದೀರಾ? ಮುಸಲ್ಮಾನರ ಹತ್ಯೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್್ಗೆ ಕನಿಕರವಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. 1969ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹಿತೇಂದ್ರ ದೇಸಾಯಿ ಆಡಳಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಹಿಂದೂ-ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಕೋಮುಗಲಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 2 ಸಾವಿರ ಜನ ಹತ್ಯೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು! ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಆಡಳಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಣಿ ಕೋಮುಗಲಭೆಗಳು ನಡೆದಿವೆ. ಜತೆಗೆ ಗುಜರಾತಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರ ಉದ್ಧಟತನವೂ ಕಡಿಮೆಯೇನಿಲ್ಲ. 1969ರಲ್ಲಿ ಜೆರುಸಲೇಂನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಲ್ ಅಕ್ಷಾ ಮಸೀದಿಯನ್ನು ಕೆಡವಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಹುಸಿ ವದಂತಿ ಹಬ್ಬಿದಾಗ ಜಗನ್ನಾಥ ದೇವಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಜಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಹಿಂದೂಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಕ್ರಮಣ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಗಲಭೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದೇ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರು. ಅದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್್ಗೂ ಗೊತ್ತು. ಈ ದೇಶ ಕಂಡ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕೋಮು ದಳ್ಳುರಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡರೂ ಪ್ರಚೋದನೆ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರಿಂದಲೇ ಆಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಐವತ್ತು ವರ್ಷ ದೇಶವಾಳಿರುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್್ಗೆ ಅದು ತಿಳಿಯದ ವಿಚಾರವೇನು? ಆದರೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಅನ್ನು ಏಕೆ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದೆಯೆಂದರೆ ಮೋದಿಯವರನ್ನು ಡಿಸ್್ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ ಮಾಡಲು, ತನ್ನ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಲಾಲಸೆಯನ್ನು ತೀರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇರೆ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಇಂತಹ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಕೊಂಡೊಯ್ದೀತು?
ಅದಿರಲಿ, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಎಷ್ಟೇ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದರೂ ಮೋದಿಯವರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ದೌರ್ಬಲ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಲು ಏಕೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ, ಗೊತ್ತೆ?
ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಒಂದು ಚಾಣಾಕ್ಷ ಮಿದುಳು ಅಥವಾ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರು ಇರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಮಹಾರಾಜ ಚಂದ್ರಗುಪ್ತನ ಹಿಂದೆ ಚಾಣಕ್ಯ, ಹಕ್ಕ-ಬುಕ್ಕರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಯತಿಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ವಿದ್ಯಾರಣ್ಯರು, ಶಿವಾಜಿ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸಮರ್ಥ ರಾಮದಾಸರು, ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರ ಹಿಂದೆ ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣ ಪರಮಹಂಸರು, ನೆಹರು ಹಿಂದೆ ಗಾಂಧಿ (!) ಇದ್ದಂತೆ. ಈಗಿನ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡರೂ ಮಾಯಾವತಿ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸತೀಶ್ಚಂದ್ರ ಮಿಶ್ರಾ, ಒಡಿಶಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ನವೀನ್ ಪಟ್ನಾಯಕ್ ಹಿಂದೆ ಪ್ಯಾರಿಮೋಹನ್ ಮಹಾಪಾತ್ರ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮುಲಾಯಂ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಹಿಂದೆ ಜ್ಞಾನೇಶ್ವರ್ ಮಿಶ್ರಾ, ತದನಂತರ ಅಮರ್್ಸಿಂಗ್ ಇದ್ದರು. ಎನ್.ಟಿ. ರಾಮ್್ರಾವ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಂದ್ರಬಾಬು ನಾಯ್ಡು ಹಿಂದೆ ರಾಮೋಜಿರಾವ್ ತಲೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ, ಕರುಣಾನಿಧಿ ಕೂಡ ಎಸ್. ಗುಹನ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರೊ. ನಾಗನಾಥನ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ನೆಚ್ಚಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಲಾಲು ಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಯಾದವ್ ಉಚ್ಛ್ರಾಯ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾಗ ಅವರ ಬೆನ್ನಹಿಂದೆ ಇದ್ದವರು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಷ್ಠೆ ಬದಲಿಸಿ ನಿತೀಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಹಿಂದೆ ಈಗ ಇರುವುದು ಶಿವಾನಂದ್ ತಿವಾರಿ. ಜಯಲಲಿತಾ ಹಿಂದೆ ಚೋ. ರಾಮಸ್ವಾಮಿ, ಅಟಲ್ ಬಿಹಾರಿ ವಾಜಪೇಯಿಯವರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬ್ರಜೇಶ್ ಮಿಶ್ರಾ, ಅಷ್ಟೇಕೆ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ದೇವೇಗೌಡರ ಹಿಂದಿರುವುದೂ ವೈಎಸ್್ವಿ ದತ್ತ. ಈ ನಾಯಕರುಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಚಾಣಕ್ಯರನ್ನು ಕೇಳದೇ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಅವರ ಒಂದೊಂದು ನಡೆಯ ಹಿಂದೆಯೂ ಈ ಚಾಣಕ್ಯರ ತಲೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರ ಹಿಂದಿರುವ ಚಾಣಕ್ಯ ಯಾರು?
ಈ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯ ಬೆನ್ನುಹತ್ತಿ ಹುಡುಕಿದರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಉತ್ತರ ಸಿಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.King and his Wise Counsel ಎರಡೂ ಅವರೇ!! ಈ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸಿಗರು ತಮ್ಮ ಎದುರಾಳಿಗಳ ಹಿಂದಿರುವ ಚಾಣಕ್ಯರನ್ನೇ ಬುಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡು ದೌರ್ಬಲ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿ ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅಂತಹ ಅಣ್ಣಾ ಹಜಾರೆಯವರಲ್ಲೂ ದೌರ್ಬಲ್ಯ ಹುಡುಕಿದರು, ಅವರ ತಂಡದ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಅರವಿಂದ್ ಕೇಜ್ರಿವಾಲ್, ಕಿರಣ್ ಬೇಡಿ ಯಾವುದೋ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಸಗಿದ್ದ ತಪ್ಪನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿ ತಂದು ಚಾರಿತ್ರ್ಯವಧೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಶಾಂತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ್ ಭೂಷಣರ ಸಿ.ಡಿ.ಯನ್ನೇ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು. ಅಣ್ಣಾ ತಂಡದೊಳಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ನುಸುಳಿಸಿ ವಿಷಯ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದರು. ಹಾಗಂತ ಮೋದಿಯವರಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪು ಹುಡುಕಲು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್್ಗೆ ಕಳೆದ 11 ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಮೋದಿ ತಪ್ಪೇ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಕರೇನಾದರೂ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಆಸ್ತಿ-ಪಾಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆಯೇ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಯತಂತ್ರ ರೂಪಕರು ತಡಕಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಏನೂ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಮೋದಿಯವರಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಂತ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಗಳೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಗುಜರಾತ್್ನ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುವುದೇ ಅವರ ಸ್ವಂತ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಂತಹ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಈ ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯಾದರೆ ನಾವು ಎಂತಹ ಉನ್ನತಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ತಲುಪಬಹುದು ಯೋಚಿಸಿ?
ನರೇಂದ್ರ ದಾಮೋದರದಾಸ್ ಮೋದಿಯವರು ನಮಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಗುವುದೇ ಆ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ!
ಅವರೊಬ್ಬ ಅಂತರ್ಮುಖಿ. ಯಾವಾಗ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಯಾವಾಗ ಮಾತನಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದೇ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರು ಸ್ವತಃ ಒಬ್ಬ Great Strategist. 2007ರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಪ್ರಚಾರಾಂದೋಲನಕ್ಕೆ ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ಒಬ್ಬ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ನಾಯಕನನ್ನು ಕರೆಯದೇ ಏಕಾಂಗಿಯಾಗಿ ಮೂರನೇ ಎರಡರಷ್ಟು ಬಹುಮತ ಗಳಿಸಿದರು. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಹಾಗೂ ತೋರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕತೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅಂತಹ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆತ್ಮಸ್ಥೈರ್ಯವನ್ನು ತಂದುಕೊಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ರಾಹುಲ್್ಗೆ ಸವಾಲೆಸೆಯುವ ತಾಕತ್ತು ಯಾರಿಗಾದರೂ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಅದು ಮೋದಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಎಂಬ ಮಾತು ಖಂಡಿತ ಅತಿಶಯೋಕ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲ. ನಿತೀಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಕೂಡ ಉತ್ತಮ ಆಡಳಿತಗಾರ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದರೂ ಬಿಹಾರದಾಚೆ ಅವರ ಪ್ರಭಾವ ಅಷ್ಟಕ್ಕಷ್ಟೇ. ಇನ್ನು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಲ್ಲೇ ಇರುವ ಅರುಣ್ ಜೇಟ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಸ್ವರಾಜ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಕಳೆದ 9 ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಒಂದೇ ವಾಗ್ದಾಳಿಯನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿ ನೋಡೋಣ? ಊಹೂಂ! ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಇವರಿಬ್ಬರು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಗಳೇ ಅಲ್ಲ!! ಅಂತಹ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವಿರುವುದು ಮೋದಿಯವರಲ್ಲಷ್ಟೇ. ಇಂದು ಬಿಹಾರದ ನಿತೀಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್್ಗೂ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರ ಮತಗಳೇ ಮುಖ್ಯ, ಮಮತಾ ಬ್ಯಾನರ್ಜಿ, ಮಾಯಾವತಿ-ಮುಲಾಯಂ, ಚಂದ್ರಬಾಬು ನಾಯ್ಡು, ಓಮನ್ ಚಾಂಡಿ, ದೇವೇಗೌಡ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಟೊಂಕಕಟ್ಟಿ ನಿಂತಿರುವುದೇ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರ ಹಿತ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗಾಗಿ. ಮಮತಾ ಬ್ಯಾನರ್ಜಿಯವರಂತೂ ಮುಲ್ಲಾಗಳಿಗೂ ಸಂಬಳ ಕೊಡಲು ತಯಾರಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡಿದಾಗ, ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಭಾರತೀಯ ರಾಜಕಾರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಓಲೈಕೆ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ಮಾಡದ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ನಾಯಕನಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದು ಮೋದಿ ಮಾತ್ರ. ಮೋದಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ವಾಗ್ಮಿಯೂ ಹೌದು. ಅಟಲ್ ಬಿಹಾರಿ ವಾಜಪೇಯಿಯವರ ನಂತರ ಭಾರತ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಢ್ಝಿಡಿಡಿಣ ಭಾಷಣಕಾರ ಅವರೇ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್್ಗೆ ಕೋಪ ತರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದೇ ಈ ಅಂಶಗಳು.
ಒಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಬಹುದಾದ ಆರೋಪಗಳೆಂದರೆ ಆತ ವುಮನೈಸರ್ (ಸ್ತ್ರೀಲೋಲ)ಮತ್ತು ಭ್ರಷ್ಟ ಎಂದುಬಿಡುವುದು. 2007ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲೂ, ಮೋದಿಗೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಮದುವೆಯಾಗಿದೆ, ಅವರ ಪತ್ನಿ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಟೀಚರ್ ಎಂದೆಲ್ಲ ಗುಲ್ಲೆಬ್ಬಿಸಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹೊಲಸು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿರಬಹುದು. ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಸಿ.ಡಿ. ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆಯಷ್ಟೇ. ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಿರ ಪ್ರಚಾರಾಂದೋಲನ ನಡೆಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತರು, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು, ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಭಿನ್ನಮತೀಯರನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಒಂದು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನೇ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮಿನಾಝ್ ಮರ್ಚೆಂಟ್. ಆದರೇನಂತೆ…

I have always admired the way you write about things, without fear and right on the face. And my respect for you increased when I learnt about your wife – to learn about a person who not only says but also follows his words. I searched a way to communicate to you finally got it through FB…!! I have been reading you since I was in 8th std ( You used to write in Vijaya Karnataka back then). I would read artilcles first than the headlines – especially yours and Vishveshwar Bhat Sir’s. Also at times RB. Now I know what kind of a hipocrite and two faced person he’s, all thanks to you. Had read an article of yours about Modi ji (I doubt I have that article still 🙁 ). Anyways t he point is you had wriiten about how he improved Gujrath. I don understan why people don have the right to choose their leader even at assembly level. Or else I’m sure he has all chances to win again. Would really love to read if you write about corruption in Karnataka and also the need for generic medicines being available in all medical stoes.

We all hope that he becomes the next PM of India for two reasons, one he is the only “able” leader at the moment and second, he has consistently faced criticism from the madam and her group, yet he has never given up his dignity and never disrespected the law.
