ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜನತಾ ಪಕ್ಷದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿಣಿ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಗುವುದೇ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ರ್ಯಾಲಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಬಹುತೇಕ ಎಲ್ಲ ಗಣ್ಯಾತಿಗಣ್ಯ ನಾಯಕರೂ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಒಂದು ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅದು ಶಕ್ತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನಾಯಕರ ನಡುವಿನ ಸಾಮರಸ್ಯ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವೂ ಆಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಕಳೆದ ವಾರ (ಮೇ-25) ಮುಂಬೈನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ರ್ಯಾಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ತದ್ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿಣಿಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ನಾಯಕರು ಕಾಣೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ನಿತಿನ್ ಗಡ್ಕರಿ, ಅರುಣ್ ಜೇಟ್ಲಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂಥ ಯಾವ ನಾಯಕರೂ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಇಡೀ ರ್ಯಾಲಿಯನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಗುಜರಾತ್ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ದಾಮೋದರ ದಾಸ್ ಮೋದಿ ಹೆಗಲೇರಿತು. ಮೋದಿ ಮಾತಿಗೆ ನಿಂತರೆ ಕೇಳಬೇಕೆ? ಜನರ ಕರತಾಡನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತಿಗಿಳಿದ ಮೋದಿ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮನಮೋಹನ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಯುಪಿಎ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥೆ ಸೋನಿಯಾ ಗಾಂಧಿಯವರನ್ನು ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಹಾಗಂತ ಅದೊಂದು ಶಬ್ದಾಡಂಬರದ ಭಾಷಣವಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಆವೇಶಭರಿತ ಆಲಾಪನೆಯೂ ಆಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಪಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಪಟ್ಟು ಹಾಕಿದರು, ಅಂಕಿ-ಅಂಶಗಳ ಸಮೇತ ಸೋನಿಯಾ-ಮನಮೋಹನರನ್ನು ಛೇಡಿಸಿದರು. ಬಹುಶಃ 2012ರಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಮಾಡಿದ ಅತ್ಯದ್ಭುತ ಭಾಷಣ ಅದೆಂದರೆ ಅತಿಶಯೋಕ್ತಿಯಾಗದು!

ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಎಂದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯೇನಾದರೂ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ 2014ರ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಹೇಗಿರಬಹುದು ಎಂಬುದರ ಮುನ್ನೋಟದಂತಿತ್ತು. ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮನಮೋಹನ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಅವರು ಯಾವ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಎದುರಾದರೂ, ಯಾವ ವೈಫಲ್ಯಗಳಾದರೂ ‘ಮೈತ್ರಿಕೂಟ ರಾಜಕಾರಣದ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯತೆಗಳು’ ಎಂದು ನೆಪ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತದ ವಿದೇಶಾಂಗ ಸಚಿವ ಎಸ್.ಎಂ. ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಅವರು ಪೋರ್ಚ್್ಗಲ್್ನ ಭಾಷಣ ಓದಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ “Coalition compulsions’ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರಾ? ಎಂದು ಕಿಚಾಯಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಭಾಷಣ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದರು ಮೋದಿ. ನೀವು ಮತ ಹಾಕಲು ನಿಂತಾಗ ಯಾವುದನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೀರಿ? ಕೃಷಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.11ರಷ್ಟು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ತೋರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಗುಜರಾತ್ ಮಾದರಿಯನ್ನೋ, 1 ಪರ್ಸೆಂಟ್ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ದರ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಹಾಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನೋ? ಹೀಗೆ ಮನಮೋಹನ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸೋನಿಯಾ ಗಾಂಧಿಯವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ ಜನ ಹುಚ್ಚೆದ್ದುಹೋಗಿದ್ದರು. ಅಂದು ಮೋದಿ ಏನೇನು ಹೇಳಿದರು ಗೊತ್ತೆ?
‘ಕಳೆದ 10 ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಗುಜರಾತ್್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರದ ಛಾಯೆಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನೀರಿನ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಹಾಗಿದೆ. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಇಂದು ಅಟಲ್ ಬಿಹಾರಿ ವಾಜಪೇಯಿಯವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೇನಾದರೂ ದಿಲ್ಲಿಯ ಗದ್ದುಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅಟಲ್ ಕನಸಿನ ನದಿ ಜೋಡಣೆ ಯೋಜನೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದರೆ ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರವನ್ನು ಬರದಿಂದ, ರೈತರನ್ನು ಆತ್ಮಹತ್ಯೆಯಿಂದ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಬಹುದಿತ್ತು. ಅಟಲ್್ಜಿ ನದಿ ಜೋಡಣೆಯ ಕನಸು ಕಂಡರು, ಆದರೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೇರಿದ ಯುಪಿಎ ಆ ಕನಸನ್ನೇ ಕತ್ತು ಹಿಸುಕಿ ಸಾಯಿಸಿತು.
ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲೊಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರವಿದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನೇತಾ, ನೀತಿ, ನಿಯತ್ತು ಮೂರೂ ಇಲ್ಲ!
ನೇತಾ, ನೀತಿ, ನಿಯತ್ತು ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಏನಾಗಬಹುದು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ನೀವು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವುದೂ ಅದೇ. ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಟಿವಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ‘ನಿರ್ಮಲ್ ಬಾಬಾ’ (ಸ್ವಘೋಷಿತ ದೇವಮಾನವ) ದರ್ಬಾರ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ನೀವು ನೋಡಿರಬಹುದು. ‘ರಸಗುಲ್ಲಾ ತಿನ್ನಿ, ದೇವರ ಕೃಪೆಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾಗುತ್ತೀರಿ’ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ ನಿರ್ಮಲ್ ಬಾಬಾ. ಹಾಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೂಡ ನಿರ್ಮಲ್ ಬಾಬಾ ದರ್ಬಾರ್್ನಂತೆಯೇ ಇದೆ. ‘ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು (ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅನ್ನು) ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ತನ್ನಿ, 100 ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಲೆಯೇರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ದೂರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ’ ಎಂದರು. ಆದರೆ ಅದಾಯಿತೇ? ಆ ನಿರ್ಮಲ್ ಬಾಬಾ ಪ್ರಕರಣವೊಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಲುಕಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ನಾನು ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿರುವುದು ಈ ನಿರ್ಮಲ್ ಬಾಬಾ (ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ) ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲು. ಆ ನಿರ್ಮಲ್ ಬಾಬಾ ಒಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ, ಆದರೆ ಈ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಡಿಯಿಂದ ಮುಡಿಯವರೆಗೂ ನಿರ್ಮಲ್ ಬಾಬಾ(ಠಕ್ಕರು)ಗಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಯುಪಿಎ-2 ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷ ತುಂಬಿದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ (ಮೇ 22ರಂದು) ಸಾಧನೆಯ ವರದಿಯೊಂದನ್ನು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೋನಿಯಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು. ನಕ್ಸಲಿಸಂ ಎಂಬುದು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ಭದ್ರತೆಗೆ ಅತಿದೊಡ್ಡ ಕಂಟಕವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಣಮಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯವರೇ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಬಾರಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಸಾಧನೆಯ ವರದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಕ್ಸಲಿಸಂನ ಸಣ್ಣ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖವೂ ಇಲ್ಲ, ನಕ್ಸಲಿಸಂ ಎಂಬ ಪಿಡುಗನ್ನು ಹೋಗಲಾಡಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಯಾವ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯೂ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪವಿಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನು? ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಪೂರೈಸಿತು ಅನ್ನುವುದನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ ಸಂಭ್ರಮಪಡಲು ಏನಿದೆ? ಇನ್ನು ಪೌಷ್ಟಿಕ ಆಹಾರ ಕೊರತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ ‘ಅದೊಂದು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅವಮಾನ’ (National Shame) ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮನಮೋಹನ್ ಸಿಂಗ್. ಪೌಷ್ಟಿಕ ಆಹಾರ ಕೊರತೆಯಿಂದ ಜನ ನರಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರೆ ಅದು ಭಾರತೀಯರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಅವಮಾನ ಎಂದಲ್ಲವೆ? ಹೀಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ಮನಮೋಹನ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷದ ವರದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪೌಷ್ಟಿಕಾಂಶ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಗಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಯಾವ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದೆ, ಯಾವ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಹುಡುಕಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖವೂ ಇಲ್ಲವೇಕೆ? ಈ ದೇಶವಾಸಿಗಳು ಉತ್ತರ ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಹೇಳಿ ಮನಮೋಹನ್ ಸಿಂಗ್?
ಮೇಡಂ ಸೋನಿಯಾ ಗಾಂಧಿಯವರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ-‘ಬರೀ ಭರವಸೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ ಸಾಲದು, ಮಾಡಿ ತೋರಿಸಬೇಕು’ ಇದರರ್ಥವೇನು? ಇವರುಗಳು ಬರೀ ಭರವಸೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆಯೇ ಹೊರತು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸ್ವತಃ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಂತಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲವೆ? ಇಂದಿರಾ ಗಾಂಧಿಯವರ ‘ಗರೀಬಿ ಹಠಾವೋ’ ಕಾಲದಿಂದ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಬರೀ ಭರವಸೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿತೇ ಹೊರತು ಮತ್ತೇನನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ! ಇನ್ನೂ ಒಂದು ಮಜಬೂತಾದ ವಿಚಾರ ಗೊತ್ತಾ? ಬಡತನ ನಿರ್ಮೂಲನೆ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಇರುವ 20 ಅಂಶಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೋರಾಟದ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲೂ ಮೊದಲ 5 ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಎನ್್ಡಿಎ ಆಡಳಿತವಿರುವ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳೇ ಆಕ್ರಮಿಸಿವೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಾನು ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆದಾಗ ರೇಟಿಂಗ್ ಕೊಡುವುದನ್ನೇ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿತು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್! ನಮ್ಮ ಕೃಷಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾ ಶೇ. 2.25ರಿಂದ 3.25ಕ್ಕೇರಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವರದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿದೆ. ಅಂದರೆ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ 1 ಪರ್ಸೆಂಟ್ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದಾಯಿತಲ್ಲವೆ? ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯವರೇ ನೀವು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಚಿತ್ರಣವಾದರೂ ಎಂಥದ್ದು? ಕಳೆದ 10 ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಗುಜರಾತ್್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸತತವಾಗಿ 11 ಪರ್ಸೆಂಟ್ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ದರ ಸಾಧಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ, ನೀವು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದು 2.25ರಿಂದ 3.25 ಪರ್ಸೆಂಟ್. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ, ಇದೇ ರೀತಿ ಕೇವಲ ಶೇ.1 ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ತೋರಿದರೆ ಇಡೀ ದೇಶ ಹಸಿವಿನ ಬಾಯಿಗೆ ಬೀಳಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ. ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮಾತೆತ್ತಿದರೆ Coalition compulsionsನತ್ತ ಬೊಟ್ಟು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವುದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ, ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಸಚಿವರೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್್ನವರೇ. ಹಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಸೇನಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರ ಜತೆ ಕಾದಾಟ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದೇಕೆ? ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ಇತಿಹಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂದಾದರೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇನಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರ ನಡುವೆ ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಸತತ ಸಂಘರ್ಷ ಏರ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತ್ತಾ? ಮೈತ್ರಿಕೂಟದ ಯಾವ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯತೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೆ ಕಾದಾಡುವಂಥ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯತೆ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿದ್ದವು ಹೇಳಿ? ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ 50 ಸಾವಿರ ಮೆಗಾವ್ಯಾಟ್ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆಂದು ವಾಗ್ದಾನ ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು. ವರದಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತದೆ 30 ಸಾವಿರ ಮೆಗಾವ್ಯಾಟ್ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು. ಅಷ್ಟೊಂದು ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಹೇಗೆ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆಯಾಯಿತು? ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವ ಯಾವ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳು ಎಷ್ಟೆಷ್ಟು ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಿವೆ? ಅದನ್ನೇಕೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ? ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳ ಶ್ರಮದಿಂದಾದ ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳದ ಹೆಗ್ಗಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮದೆಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸುವುದು ಎಷ್ಟು ಸರಿ? ಒಂದೆಡೆ ಈ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪಾರ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದರೂ ಇನ್ನೊಂದೆಡೆ ಹಗರಣಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ, ಕಲಿದ್ದಲು ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಕೊರತೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ. 60ರಷ್ಟು ಮಾತ್ರ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. 40 ಪರ್ಸೆಂಟ್ ಸ್ಥಗಿತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾರು ಹೊಣೆ?
ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ. 50ರಷ್ಟು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೂ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ರಿಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪವಿಲ್ಲವೇಕೆ? ನಾನು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಬಯಸುತ್ತೇನೆ-ವೃತ್ತಿ ಕೌಶಲ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನು? ಒಮ್ಮೆ ನಾನು ಚೀನಾದಲ್ಲಿ 50 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೌಶಲಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಿವೆ ಎಂದಾಗ ನಾವೂ 500 ಖ್ಞ್ಝಟಟ ಜಜಢಜಟ್ಟಠಟಜಟಿಡಿ ಕೋರ್ಸ್್ಗಳನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರು, ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಮಾತ್ರ ಶೂನ್ಯ! ಮೊದಲೆಲ್ಲ ಅಮರನಾಥ ಯಾತ್ರೆ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ 3-4 ತಿಂಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಇಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಮ್ಮು-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಎರಡರಲ್ಲೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಾಲುದಾರನಾಗಿರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳೇ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಯಾತ್ರೆಯನ್ನು 40-45 ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಸಿರುವುದೇಕೆ? ಇವೆಲ್ಲಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯೇನೆಂದರೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ಕರೆನ್ಸಿ ಕಳೆದ ನವೆಂಬರ್್ನಿಂದ ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ಕುಸಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದೇಕೆ? ಇಲ್ಲೇನೋ ಮರ್ಮವಿದ್ದು, ಅದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯಲು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಜನತೆ ಬಯಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಹೇಳಿ? ನಮ್ಮ ನೆರೆಯ ನೇಪಾಳ, ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶ, ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ, ಶ್ರೀಲಂಕಾದ ಕರೆನ್ಸಿಗಳೇ ಸ್ಥಿರವಾಗಿರುವಾಗ ರುಪಾಯಿಯೇಕೆ ಈ ಪರಿ ಕುಸಿಯುತ್ತಿದೆ? ಅದರ ಹಿಂದಿರುವ ಕಾರಣವೇನು?
ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಉಗ್ರನಿಗ್ರಹ ಕೇಂದ್ರ (NCTC) ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯವರನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದೆ-ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ಗಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಈ ನಕ್ಸಲರು ಹಾಗೂ ಉಗ್ರರಿಗೆ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಾಸ್ತ್ರಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಪೂರೈಕೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿವೆ? ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಕೇಳಿದೆ-ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕರಿಗೆ ಹವಾಲಾ ಮೂಲಕ ಹಣ ಪೂರೈಕೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದಾದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ನೀವೇಕೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿಲ್ಲ? ಮೂರನೆಯದಾಗಿ ಕೇಳಿದೆ-ನೌಕಾದಳ, ಗಡಿ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಪಡೆಗಳು ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣದಲ್ಲಿರುವಾಗ ಈ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕರು ಹೇಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ನುಸುಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ? ಮುಂದುವರಿದು ಕೇಳಿದೆ-ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೂ ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ಒಬ್ಬ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕನನ್ನೂ ವಿದೇಶದಿಂದ ಹಿಡಿದು ತರಲಾಗಿಲ್ಲ, ಏಕೆ?
ನಮ್ಮ ದಿಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಲ್ತಾನರ ಬಳಿ ಇದ್ಯಾವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಉತ್ತರವಿಲ್ಲ!
ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕರ ಮೇಲೆ ಶೂನ್ಯ ಸಹನೆ ಇರಬೇಕು, ನಿರ್ದಾಕ್ಷಿಣ್ಯವಾಗಿ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಅದು ಈ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸಿಗರಿಂದ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೌದು, ಜನ ತಮ್ಮ ತಾಕತ್ತನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ತೋರಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಕಾಲ ಈಗ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಈ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಒಂದು ನಿಮಿಷ ಕೂಡ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯಬಾರದು. ಅದು ಎಷ್ಟು ಕಾಲ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯುತ್ತೋ ದೇಶದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುತ್ತದೆ’
ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರು ಎತ್ತಿರುವ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಗಮನಿಸಿ. ಈ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನೂ ಕಾಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲವೆ? ಈ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಲೂಟಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಉದಾಸೀನವೂ ಕಾರಣವಲ್ಲವೆ? ಇಂತಹ ಉದಾಸೀನಕ್ಕೆ ಕನ್ನಡಿ ಹಿಡಿದಂಥ ಸಂದೇಶವೊಂದು ಟ್ವಿಟ್ಟರ್್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೀಗೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿತ್ತು-“History will say: When Govt was Busy robbing the Nation, Indians were busy watching the IPL’. ಅದಿರಲಿ, ಕಳೆದ ಮೇ 22ರಂದು ಮನಮೋಹನ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೋನಿಯಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ 3 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಸಾಧನೆಯ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ ನಮ್ಮ ಯಾವ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳು ಈ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದವು ಹೇಳಿ? ಜಾಕಿಯಾ ಜಾಫ್ರಿಗೆ ಸಿಗಲಿದ್ದ ಎಸ್್ಐಟಿ ರಿಪೋರ್ಟ್್ಗಾಗಿ ಬಕಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳಂತೆ ಕಾದು ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ, ಸಿಕ್ಕ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪುಟಗಳನ್ನೂ ತಿರುವಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಮೋದಿಯವರನ್ನು ಹಣಿಯಲು ತೋರಿದ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಭ್ರಷ್ಟ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಓದಿ ಜನರ ಮುಂದಿಡುವ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳು ತೋರಿದ್ದವೆ? ಇಂಥದೊಂದು ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾತಿಭ್ರಷ್ಟ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಒಳ ಜಗಳ, ಕಾಲ್ಪನಿಕ ಭಿನ್ನಾಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳೇ ಏಕೆ ದೊಡ್ಡದಾಗಿ ಕಾಣುತ್ತವೆ? ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮನಮೋಹನ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೇ ಆಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಂಪುಟದ ತುಂಬ ಠಕ್ಕರು, ಲೂಟಿಕೋರರು ತುಂಬಿರುವಾಗ ಅವರ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕತೆಯಿಂದ ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾದ ಲಾಭವೇನು? ಸಂಪುಟ ಸಹೋದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಎಸಗುವ ತಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನೈತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರರಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆ? ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ, ನನ್ನ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಆರೋಪಗಳು ಸಾಬೀತಾದರೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು Holy Cow ನಂತೆ ಪೋಸು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ, ಆರೋಪಗಳನ್ನು ಏಕೆ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ? ಇನ್ನೂ ಒಂದು ಕುತೂಹಲದ ಸಂಗತಿಯೆಂದರೆ, ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯವರೇ ಆರೋಪ ಸಾಬೀತಾದರೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲ, ತಿಹಾರ್ ಜೈಲು ಸೇರಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ, ಜೋಕೆ! ಈ ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಇಳಿದಿದೆ ಎಂದರೆ, ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ನೆರೆಯ ಮ್ಯಾನ್ಮಾರ್್ಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟಾಗ ‘ನೆಹರು ಮೆಮೋರಿಯಲ್ ಸ್ಪೀಚ್್’ ಕೊಡುವಂತೆ ಸೋನಿಯಾ ಗಾಂಧಿಯವರು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ಆಹ್ವಾನವನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಪ್ರಜಾತಂತ್ರ ನಾಯಕಿ ಆಂಗ್ ಸಾನ್ ಸೂಕಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ಪೋಸ್ಟ್್ಮನ್ ಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ! ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಯಾವ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ?
ಇಂತಹ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸುವ ತಾಕತ್ತು, ದೂರದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಯಾರಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಅದು ಮೋದಿಯವರಲ್ಲಿ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿಯೇ ಟ್ವಿಟ್ಟರ್, ಫೇಸ್್ಬುಕ್ ಮುಂತಾದ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ತಾಣ, ಮಿನಿ ಬ್ಲಾಗ್್ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಲಾಲ್್ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಆಡ್ವಾಣಿ, ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಸ್ವರಾಜ್, ಅರುಣ್ ಜೇಟ್ಲಿಯವರನ್ನು ಟೀಕಿಸುವವರನ್ನು ಕಾಣಬಹುದು. ಆದರೆ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರ ಟೀಕಾಕಾರರನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುವುದು ಕಷ್ಟ. ಅಷ್ಟು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ, ಈ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ತಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಟೀಕೆ ಎದುರಾದರೆ ಮೋದಿಯವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪರ ವಕಾಲತ್ತು ವಹಿಸುವವರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಿಲ್ಲ, ಜನರೇ ಮೋದಿ ಪರ ಟೊಂಕಕಟ್ಟಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಆಗಿಂದಾಗ್ಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಕುಪಿತರಾದ ಓದುಗರೊಬ್ಬರು ಹೀಗೆ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ-Modi vs rahul = success vs failure = intelligent vs fool = patriot vs traitor = Vibrant India Vs Corrupt India = a Visionary Vs Useless person = LION vs Amul Baby = Man vs mama’s baby = Indian vs Italian!

I’ve finally got to follow your work after many people suggested that I do so, but, with a warning that you overtly display your leaning towards the right wing.
I have always believed that a journalist needs to lend his voice to the powerless, to those whose very existence is under threat. I am forced to wonder if you would hold the same views if you belonged to a religious minority and were victimized in a communal riot. I wonder what you would choose, given the following options – a secure life, or, ‘economic progress’ all around you?
Coming to your suggestion of Modi as PM. I wonder how this man would be treated (if invited, in the first place) by global powers at the table, given that he was denied Visa by US after they acknowledged allegations of his involvement, or even inaction for that matter, during the riots. Forget the world, even leaders within the NDA do not want to be seen with him during election campaigns. With a strong probability of a fractured mandate in the next parliamentary elections too, it is unlikely that Mr Modi will be accepted among others in NDA. It is another matter how he will wrest control within the BJP.
In such a scenario, Mr Nitish Kumar is likely to be the consensus candidate. I’m sure people across communities, would want to see that happen.

Yesterday Modi again made claims of 66% growth in milk production in ten years and 10% annual agriculture growth so I decided to visit Gujarat again. Average milk production growth rate was highest in 6th Five year plan at 9.15% and 6.17% in 8th Five Year Plan, 4.01% in 9th Five Year Plan mainly due to draught and in 10th five year plan was lower at 5.11% nothing great considering Gujarat now draws Narmada Waters right across state, imports Cattle Embryos, has Central Funded Milk Processing Plants.

Gujarat produced 8.8 million liters of milk or 7.86% of India but out of 110 lakh liter per day milk processing capacity, 105 lakh liter per day capacity is contributed by Centrally Registered Authorities.
Out of that Co-operatives under Centrally Registered Authority milk processing capacity is 97 lakh kg per day and Gujarat Registered Dairy Co-operative 1.2 lakh per day only or just over 1%.
Modi didn’t promote COOPERATIVES in Gujarat.
Daily average processing is 90 lakh kg or 3.3 million tones of milk is processed and largely exported.
Even if it is assumed 2 million tones of milk is exported – Gujarat is left with just 6.8 million tones out of 112 million tone annual India production or 6%.

IMPORTANT –
1. Gujarat Produced 28 crore kg of Tobacco in 2010-11, 130gm per capita India.
2. Area Under Irrigated Cotton increased sharply from 1.4 million hectare to 2 million hectares in just two years.
3. Area under Banana cultivation decreased in Gujarat from 28300 hectares to 23500 hectares and production declined from 2 million tones to 1.65 million tones.
4. Area under wheat increased by 0.5 million hectares and production was 5 million tones in 2010-11. This is positive. But still Gujarat produces just 60% of its food-grains requirement.

Yield of irrigated cotton is 684kg lint but for Un-irrigated area yield is as pathetic as Maharashtra between 199 kg to 308 kg.

Amid the economic slowdown, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the state went up by more than 38% to cross the billion-dollar mark in the financial year 2011-12, show figures released by the Union commerce & industry ministry.
The state received FDI of slightly more than $1 billion (Rs4,730 crore) in 2011-12, significantly higher than FDI inflows of $724 million (Rs3,294 crore) in the previous year and $807 million (Rs3,876 crore) in 2009-10.
In the process, the state also improved its rank in attracting FDI from the sixth in the country in 2010-11 to fifth in 2011-12.
While FDI in the state has gone up sharply, the bad news is that Gujarat’s share in FDI has fallen from 3.7% in 2010-11 to 2.7% in 2011-12. This shows that Gujarat did not keep pace with the FDI inflows in the country.
The figures show that the state’s performance pales when compared to overall FDI in the country. The FDI in India in 2011-12 rose by a staggering 88% to $36.50 billion (Rs1.74 lakh crore), as compared with $19.42 billion (Rs88,520 crore) in the previous year. However, the FDI in Gujarat rose by ‘only’ 38% in this period.
According to the statistics released by the ministry, Maharashtra remained the hottest destination for foreign investors with FDI of $9.55 billion (Rs44,664 crore) in 2011-12, i.e. more than one-fourth of the total inflows.
Maharashtra was followed by Delhi, which accounted for $7.98 billion (Rs37,403 crore) worth of FDI, i.e. 21% of the total inflows.
Karnataka and Tamil Nadu ranked third and fourth among states with the highest FDI during the year with inflows of $1.53 billion (Rs7,235 crore) and $ 1.42 billion (Rs6,711 crore) respectively.
Among other states, Andhra Pradesh received FDI of $848 million (Rs4,039 crore), West Bengal $394 million (Rs1,817 crore) and Kerala $471 million (Rs2,274 crore).

But look what is happening in BJP, in Karnataka. It is so disgusting and one of worst thing that can happen to any state. All these days they use to fight with other parties but now they started fighting within, not only in Karnataka also in Delhi.
This Govt still has ball its court, they have to come up with plans and dedicate themselves to serve the people. Even if they don’t do any good work they should stop doing bad things (corruption, land mafia, denotifications, illegal mining..etc ) in order to come in power, next time.

Modi as PM is fine…But what about other ministries? After seeing the Yeddy episode, I don’t think that the central leadership of BJP have that thing in them to be a ruling party.. (I am also a supporter of BJP and Modi..My heart says BJP but my mind says otherwise…. somewhere i feel that there is a clear lack of leadership at center)
