ಇರಾನ್ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್ ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡೀತೆ?

ಅಂಥದ್ದೊಂದು ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ದಿನಕಳೆದಂತೆ ದಟ್ಟವಾಗುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದೆ. ಇಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೂ ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್ ಮುಂದೆ ಇರುವ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳಾದರೂ ಯಾವುವು? ಲೆಬೆನಾನ್, ಜೋರ್ಡಾನ್, ಪ್ಯಾಲೆಸ್ತೀನ್, ಸಿರಿಯಾ, ಈಜಿಪ್ಟ್ ಮುಂತಾದ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳೇ ಅದನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತುವರಿದಿರುವುದು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ, ತುಸು ದೂರವಿರುವ ಇರಾನ್್ನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಮೊಹಮದ್ ಅಹ್ಮದಿನೆಜಾದ್ ಅವರಂತೂ ಇಸ್ರೇಲನ್ನು ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಭೂಪಟದಿಂದ ಅಳಿಸಿ ಹಾಕುವುದೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಗುರಿ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ! ಆ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅಣ್ವಸ್ತ್ರ ತಯಾರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ತೊಡಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಕೆಲ ದಿಗ್ಬಂಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇರಿದ್ದರೂ, ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ದಿಗ್ಬಂಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇರುವುದಾಗಿ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರೂ ಇರಾನ್ ಕ್ಯಾರೇ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಇರಾನ್ ಅಣ್ವಸ್ತ್ರ ತಯಾರಿಸಿದ ಮರುದಿನವೇ ಯಾರ ಉಳಿವಿಗಾದರೂ ಕುತ್ತು ಎದುರಾಗುವುದಾದರೆ ಅದು ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್್ಗೆ ಹಾಗಿರುವಾಗ ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್ ಕೈಕಟ್ಟಿಕುಳಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವೆ? ನೀವೇ ಹೇಳಿ, ತನ್ನ 52 ಲಕ್ಷ ಜನರ ಪ್ರಾಣ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್ ಏನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು? ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಇರಾನ್ ಅಣ್ವಸ್ತ್ರ ತಯಾರಿಕಾ ಸ್ಥಾವರದ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡಿ ನಾಶಪಡಿಸಬೇಕೇ ಬೇಡವೇ?
Operation Babylon!!
1981ರಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಾಕ್ ಇದೇ ರೀತಿಯೇ ಉದ್ಧಟತನ ತೋರಿತ್ತು. ಅದರ ಅಣ್ವಸ್ತ್ರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಹಿಂದೆ ಇದ್ದಿದ್ದೂ ಇಸ್ರೇಲನ್ನು ನಾಶಪಡಿಸುವ ಗುರಿಯೇ. ಆ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ 1976ರಲ್ಲಿ ಫ್ರಾನ್ಸ್್ನಿಂದ “Kายั้’ (Osiris) ದರ್ಜೆಯ ಅಣು ರಿಯಾಕ್ಟರ್್ಗಳನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಇರಾಕ್, “ಓಸಿರಾಕ್್’ (Osirak) ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿಟ್ಟಿತು. ಇರಾಕ್ ಅಣು ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಇಟಲಿಯೂ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು. ಶಾಂತಿಯುತ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿನ ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆಗೆ ತಾನು ರಿಯಾಕ್ಟರ್್ಗಳನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಇರಾಕ್ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡರೂ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಶುದ್ಧಿಯಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದು ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿತ್ತು. 1967ರಲ್ಲಿ ಲೆಬೆನಾನ್, ಜೋರ್ಡಾನ್, ಪ್ಯಾಲೆಸ್ತೀನ್, ಸಿರಿಯಾ, ಈಜಿಪ್ಟ್ ಈ ಐದೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳು ಏಕಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಗಿಬಿದ್ದ ನಂತರವಂತೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನಂಬುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದು ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್್ಗೆ ಮನವರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಅಣು ಉಪಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ ಫ್ರಾನ್ಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಇಟಲಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಹಿರಂಗವಾಗಿ ಟೀಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್, ಯಾವ ಬೆಲೆ ತೆತ್ತಾದರೂ ಸರಿ ತನ್ನ ಭೂಭಾಗವನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಿತು. 1974ರಿಂದ 1977ರವರೆಗೂ ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ (ಮೊದಲ ಅವಧಿಗೆ) ಇಝಾಕ್ ರಬಿನ್ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲೇ ಇರಾಕ್್ನ ಅಣು ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಬೇಕು, ಯಾವ ಕಾರ್ಯತಂತ್ರ ರೂಪಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆದಿತ್ತು. ಅದೇ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ಯೋಜನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯ ತಯಾರಿ ಕೂಡ ಆರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. 1977ರಲ್ಲಿ ಮೆನಚೆಮ್ ಬೆಗಿನ್ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯಾದ ನಂತರ ಅದೂ ಇನ್ನೂ ತೀವ್ರಗೊಂಡಿತು. ಇರಾಕ್ ಅಣುಸ್ಥಾವರದ ತದ್ರೂಪಿಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಿ, ಅದನ್ನು ನಾಶಪಡಿಸುವ ಬಗೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇಸ್ರೇಲಿ ಯೋಧರು ಪ್ರಾಕ್ಟಿಸ್ ಮಾಡಲಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಇಸ್ರೇಲಿ ವಿದೇಶಾಂಗ ಸಚಿವ ಮೋಷೆ ದಯಾನ್, ಫ್ರಾನ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇಟಲಿಗಳ ಜತೆ ಸಂಧಾನ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಆದರೆ ಅಣುಸ್ಥಾವರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಫ್ರಾನ್ಸ್-ಇಟಲಿಗಳೆರಡೂ ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿದವು. ಇನ್ನು ರಾಜತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಂಧಾನದಿಂದ ಯಾವ ಫಲವೂ ದೊರೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಜತೆಗೆ ದಾಳಿಯನ್ನು ವಿಳಂಬ ಮಾಡುವುದರಿಂದ ಬಹುದೊಡ್ಡ ಅಪಾಯವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಬೆಗಿನ್ ಭಾವಿಸಿದರು. 1980ರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಸ್ರೇಲಿ ಗುಪ್ತಚರ ದಳದ ಸೈನಿಕರು ಇರಾಕಿ ಅಣುಸ್ಥಾವರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿದ್ದ ಈಜಿಪ್ಟ್ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಿ ಯೆಹಿಯಾ ಅಲ್ ಮಸಾದ್್ರನ್ನು ಹತ್ಯೆಗೈದರು. ಆ ಮೂಲಕ ತಾನು ಕೈಕಟ್ಟಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್ ನೀಡಿತು, ಅದೊಂದು ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಾಕ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಫ್ರಾನ್ಸ್-ಇಟಲಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಪಂಥಾಹ್ವಾನವೂ ಆಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಇರಾಕ್-ಇರಾನ್ ಸಂಘರ್ಷವೂ ಆರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ಅದನ್ನೇ ನೆಪವಾಗಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡ ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್, ಇರಾಕ್್ನ ಅಣುಸ್ಥಾವರದ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಇರಾನ್್ಗೆ ಬಹಿರಂಗ ಕರೆಕೊಟ್ಟಿತು. 1980, ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 30ರಂದು ಇರಾನ್ ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಸ್ಥಾವರಕ್ಕೆ ಭಾಗಶಃ ಹಾನಿಯುಂಟು ಮಾಡಿತು. ಅದರ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ಇರಾನ್-ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್-ಅಮೆರಿಕದ ನಡುವೆ ರಹಸ್ಯ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ನಡೆದು ಸಂಧಾನವೇರ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು. ತುರ್ತು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಬಿದ್ದರೆ ತನ್ನ ತಬ್ರಿಝ್ ವಾಯುನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಸ್ರೇಲಿ ವಿಮಾನಗಳು ಇಳಿಯಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಇರಾನ್ ವಾಗ್ದಾನ ಮಾಡಿತು. ಜತೆಗೆ ಇರಾಕಿ ಅಣುಸ್ಥಾವರದ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನೂ ನೀಡಿತು. ಆದರೆ ಇಸ್ರೇಲಿ ಮಿಲಿಟರಿ ನೆಲೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಇರಾಕಿ ಅಣುಸ್ಥಾವರದ ನಡುವೆ 1600 ಕಿ.ಮೀ. ಅಂತರವಿತ್ತು. ಇಷ್ಟೊಂದು ದೂರವನ್ನು ಇಂಧನ ಮರುತುಂಬಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಕ್ರಮಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವೇ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಜೋರ್ಡಾನ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೌದಿ ಆಗಸವನ್ನು ದಾಟಿ ಹೋಗಬೇಕಾದ್ದರಿಂದ ಆ ದೇಶಗಳ ವಾಯು ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯನ್ನೂ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಮಾರ್ಗಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲೇ ಇಂಧನ ಮರುತುಂಬಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲೂ ಇಸ್ರೇಲಿಗಳು ಕೈಚೆಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಪಾರ ಇಂಧನ ತುಂಬಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಸಜ್ಜಿತ ಎಫ್-16 ಯುದ್ಧವಿಮಾನಗಳ ದಂಡನ್ನೇ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿತು. ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಎಫ್-15 ಯುದ್ಧವಿಮಾನಗಳು ನೆರೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾದುಹೋಗುವಾಗ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಈ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಇರಾಕಿ ಅಣುಸ್ಥಾವರಕ್ಕೆ ಅಣು ಇಂಧನ ತುಂಬಿಸುವ ಮೊದಲೇ ನಾಶಪಡಿಸುವುದೊಂದೇ ವಿಕಿರಣ ಪ್ರಸರಣವನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಲು ಇರುವ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಯಿತು. 1980, ಜೂನ್್ನೊಳಗೆ ಓಸಿರಾಕ್ ರಿಯಾಕ್ಟರ್್ಗೆ ಅಣು ಇಂಧನ ತುಂಬಿಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾರಂಭಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು ಖಚಿತ ಎಂದು ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್ ಗುಪ್ತಚರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಮೊಸಾದ್ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿತು. ಎಂಟು ಎಫ್-16ಗಳು ಅಣಿಯಾದವು, ಅಗಣಿತ ಎಫ್-15ಗಳೂ ಸಿದ್ಧಗೊಂಡವು. ಝೀವ್ ರಾಝ್, ಆಮೋಸ್ ಯದ್ಲಿನ್, ದೊಬ್ಬಿ ಯಾಫೆ, ಅಮಿರ್ ನಾಚುಮಿ, ಇಫ್ತಾ ಸ್ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್, ರೆಲಿಕ್ ಶಫಿರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಇಲಾನ್ ರಾಮೋನ್ ಹೀಗೆ 8 ಪೈಲಟ್್ಗಳು ಎಫ್-16 ವಿಮಾನಗಳನ್ನೇರಿದರು.
1981, ಜೂನ್ 7!
ಆಪರೇಶನ್ ಬ್ಯಾಬಿಲೋನ್ ಆರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. 2 ಸಾವಿರ ಪೌಂಡ್ ತೂಕದ ಬಾಂಬ್್ಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತ ಯುದ್ಧವಿಮಾನಗಳು ಜೋರ್ಡಾನ್, ಸೌದಿಯನ್ನು ಮೂರ್ಖರನ್ನಾಗಿಸಿ ಇರಾಕ್ ಗಡಿಯೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ನುಸುಳಿದವು. ಹದಿನಾರರಲ್ಲಿ 8 ಬಾಂಬುಗಳು ರಿಯಾಕ್ಟರ್್ನ ಸ್ಥಾವರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಿದ್ದು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಾಶಪಡಿಸಿದವು. ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಅಷ್ಟೂ ಯುದ್ಧವಿಮಾನಗಳು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್್ಗೆ ಮರಳಿದವು! ಅದು ಅಣುಸ್ಥಾವರವೊಂದರ ಮೇಲೆ ನಡೆದ ವಿಶ್ವದ ಮೊದಲ ವಾಯುದಾಳಿಯಾಗಿತ್ತು! ಆ ದಾಳಿಯಿಂದ ಇರಾಕ್ ಮತ್ತೆಂದೂ ಚೇತರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಣಕವೆಂದರೆ 1981ರಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಾಕ್ ಅಣಸ್ಥಾವರವನ್ನು ನಾಶಪಡಿಸಲು ಯಾವ ದೇಶ ಸಹಕರಿಸಿತ್ತೋ ಅದೇ ಇರಾನ್ ಇಂದು ಅಣ್ವಸ್ತ್ರ ತಯಾರಿಸಲು, ಇಸ್ರೇಲನ್ನು ವಿಶ್ವಭೂಪಟದಿಂದಲೇ ನಾಶಪಡಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ!!
“Peace will come when the Arabs will love their children more than they hate us”- ಹಾಗೆಂದಿದ್ದರು ಇಸ್ರೇಲಿನ ಲೆಜೆಂಡರಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಗೋಲ್ಡಾ ಮೈರ್. ದುರದೃಷ್ಟವಶಾತ್, ಅರಬ್ಬರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಯಹೂದಿಗಳನ್ನು ದ್ವೇಷಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಉದ್ಧಾರವಾಗಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಅನ್ಯಧರ್ಮೀಯರನ್ನು ನಾಶಪಡಿಸಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಇಚ್ಛೆಯೇ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ಕಟವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಂತಹ ವಾಸ್ತವದ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅಣುಶಕ್ತಿ ಏಜೆನ್ಸಿ(IAEA) ನೀಡಿರುವ ವರದಿಯಂತೂ ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್್ನ ಆತಂಕವನ್ನು ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಅಣ್ವಸ್ತ್ರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ, ಯುದ್ಧತಲೆಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ, ಅದನ್ನು ್ನಕೊಂಡೊಯ್ಯುವ ಯುದ್ಧವಿಮಾನಗಳ ಹೊಂದುವಿಕೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಇರಾನ್ ಭಾರೀ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ತೋರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನು 12ರಿಂದ 24 ತಿಂಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಇರಾನ್ ಒಂದು ಅಣ್ವಸ್ತ್ರ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರವಾಗುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಯೂ ಇದೆ. ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಇರಾನ್ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ದಿಗ್ಬಂಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇರಲು ಅಮೆರಿಕದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಬರಾಕ್ ಒಬಾಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಯುರೋಪಿಯನ್ ದೇಶಗಳು ಸಿದ್ಧವಿದ್ದರೂ ವಿಟೋ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಚೀನಾ ಹಾಗೂ ರಷ್ಯಾಗಳು ಉಲ್ಟಾ ಹೊಡೆದಿವೆ. ಅವು ಇರಾನ್್ಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಬೆಂಬಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಈ ಅಪಾಯ ದಶಕದ ಹಿಂದೆಯೇ ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್್ನ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿತ್ತು. ಆಗ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅರಿಯಾಲ್ ಶರಾನ್ “ಮೊಸಾದ್್’ನ ಹೊಸ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥ ಮೈರ್ ದಾಗನ್್ರನ್ನು ಕರೆದು ವಿಚಾರ ತಿಳಿಸಿದಾಗ, “ತಾನು ಇರಾನ್್ನ ಅಣು ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ತಡೆಯುವುದಾಗಿ ಅವರು ವಾಗ್ದಾನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಅಮೆರಿಕದ ಸಹಾಯ ಪಡೆದು ವೈರಸ್್ಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್್ಗಳೇ ಸ್ಥಬ್ತವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಆಪರೇಶನ್ ಬ್ಯಾಬಿಲಾನ್ ತೆರನಾದ ದಾಳಿ ಬೇಡವೆಂದು ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್ ಕೈಹಾಕಿತು. 2010ರಿಂದ ಇದುವರೆಗೂ 6 ಇರಾನಿ ಅಣು ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್ ಹತ್ಯೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಮೊನ್ನೆ ಜನವರಿ 11ರಂದು ಮುಸ್ತಾಫಾ ಅಹ್ಮದಿ ರೋಶನ್ ಎಂಬ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಿಯನ್ನು ಮ್ಯಾಗ್ನೆಟಿಕ್ ಬಾಂಬಿಟ್ಟು ಕೊಲೆಗೈದಿದೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಇರಾನ್ ಅಣ್ವಸ್ತ್ರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ಕೆಲ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ವಿಳಂಬ ಮಾಡಿದವೇ ಹೊರತು ಇನ್ನು 24 ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಾನ್ ಅಣುರಾಷ್ಟ್ರವಾಗುವುದನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗಿರುವಾಗ ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್ ಏನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು? ಇಸ್ರೇಲನ್ನು ನಾಶ ಮಾಡುವುದೇ ತನ್ನ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಿರುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ(ಅಹ್ಮದಿಜೆನಾದ್) ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಅಣ್ವಸ್ತ್ರ ಹೊಂದುವುದನ್ನು ನೋಡುತ್ತಾ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಾದರೂ ಹೇಗೆ? ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್ ಮುಂದೆ ಇರುವುದು ಎರಡೇ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳು-ಒಂದು ಇರಾನ್ ಅಣ್ವಸ್ತ್ರ ಹೊಂದಲು ಬಿಟ್ಟು, ತನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯೂ ಅಣ್ವಸ್ತ್ರವಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಕೈಹಾಕಿದರೆ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ನಾಶವಾಗಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಅಂಶವೇ ಇರಾನಿನ ಕೈಕಟ್ಟುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಭಾವಿಸುವುದು, ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಆಪರೇಶನ್ ಬ್ಯಾಬಿಲೋನ್ ಥರದ ದಾಳಿಗೆ ಕೈಹಾಕುವುದು.
ಇರಾನ್-ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್ ಕಿತ್ತಾಡಿದರೆ ನಮಗೇನಂತೆ?
ಹಾಗೆಂದು ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. 2007ರಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೇ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅಣುಶಕ್ತಿ ಏಜೆನ್ಸಿಯು ಇರಾನ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ದಿಗ್ಬಂಧನೆ ಹೇರಲು ಮುಂದಾಗ ಮತದಾನದ ವೇಳೆ ಭಾರತ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ನಮ್ಮ ಕಮ್ಯುನಿಸ್ಟರು, “ಸಿಕ್ಯು’ಲರ್್ವಾದಿಗಳು, ತಥಾಕಥಿತ ವಿರೋಧಿಗಳು ಭಾರತ ಇರಾನ್ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಮತಹಾಕುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಡ ಹೇರಿದ್ದರು. ಅದೇ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಭಾರತ-ಅಮೆರಿಕ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಅಣು ಸಹಕಾರ ಒಪ್ಪಂದವೂ ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿತ್ತು. ಆ ಒತ್ತಡ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೆಲ ಪರಿಗಣನೆಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ ಯುಪಿಎ ಸರ್ಕಾರ IAEAಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಾನ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಮತಹಾಕಿತು. ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲ, “We don’t want one more nuclear neighbour’ ಎಂದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮನಮೋಹನ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಇರಾನ್ ಅಣ್ವಸ್ತ್ರ ಹೊಂದುವುದನ್ನು ದಿಟ್ಟವಾಗಿ ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಹೌದು, ಇರಾನ್ ಅಣ್ವಸ್ತ್ರ ಹೊಂದುವುದು ನಮಗೂ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದೇನಲ್ಲ. ನೀವೇ ಹೇಳಿ, ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಭಾರತ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಕ್ ನಡುವೆ ಯುದ್ಧವೇರ್ಪಟ್ಟರೆ ಇರಾನ್ ಯಾರನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ? ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ಕೂಡಿರುವ ಆರ್ಗನೈಜೇಶನ್ ಆಫ್ ಇಸ್ಲಾಮಿಕ್ ಕಾನ್ಫೆರೆನ್ಸ್ (OIC) ಅನ್ನು ಇಂದು ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸಬೇಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ 21ನೇ ಶತಮಾನಕ್ಕೂ ಮೊದಲು ಈ OIC ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ತಲೆನೋವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷವೂ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದ OIC ಶೃಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ ಗೊತ್ತುವಳಿಯೊಂದನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸರ್ವಾನುಮತದ ಅಂಗಿಕಾರ ದೊರೆಯುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಇರಾನ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು. ಅವರಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಇಸ್ಲಾಮಿಕ್ ಬ್ರದರ್್ಹುಡ್ ದೇಶಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲೆಮೀರಿ ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ಒಂದು ಮಾಡಿಬಿಡುತ್ತದೆ. 1991ರಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲ ಕೊಲ್ಲಿ ಯುದ್ಧ(ಇರಾಕ್) ನಡೆದಾಗ ಅಮೆರಿಕದ ವಿಮಾನಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ನಿಯಮದಂತೆ ಬಾಂಬೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರೀಫ್ಯುಯೆಲಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರೇ ತೀವ್ರ ವಿರೋಧ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ನಾಳೆ ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್ ಏನಾದರೂ ಇರಾನ್ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಕಟ್ಟರ್್ವಾದಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರು ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೀದಿಗಿಳಿದು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇವತ್ತು ಅಮೆರಿಕ, ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಜಾರ್ಜ್್ಬುಷ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಇಸ್ರೇಲನ್ನು ಯಾರೆಷ್ಟೇ ಟೀಕಿಸಿದರೂ ಅವರಿಂದ ನಮಗಾದ ಲಾಭವನ್ನು ಮರೆಯುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ 2001ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಮೆರಿಕವೇನಾದರೂ ಅಫ್ಘಾನಿಸ್ತಾನದ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡಿ ತಾನಿಬಾನನ್ನು ನಾಶಪಡಿಸದೇ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕರು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರವನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಜಿಹಾದ್ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಾ ಇರುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಇಸ್ರೇಲಂತೂ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಅತ್ಯಾಧುನಿಕ ಯುದ್ಧಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುತ್ತದೆ. ದಿನವೊಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 30 ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕ ದಾಳಿಯನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್್ನ ನೋವನ್ನು ನಾವು ಮಾತ್ರ ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ. ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕರಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಥವಾಗುವುದು ಬುಲೆಟ್್ನ ಭಾಷೆಯೊಂದೇ. ಆ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯಾದರೂ ನಾವು ಇಸ್ರೇಲನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಅರಬ್ಬರು ಬಂದೂಕು ಕೆಳಗಿಟ್ಟರೆ ಹಿಂಸೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ, ಆದರೆ ಇಸ್ರೇಲಿಗಳು ಶಸ್ತ್ರಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಕೆಳಗಿಟ್ಟರೆ ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರವೇ ಇಲ್ಲದಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು 2004ರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಸ್ರೇಲಿ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯೊಂದು ಬರೆದಿತ್ತು. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಮಗೂ ಒಂದು ಸಂದೇಶವಿದೆಯೆನಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆ?

I think you are missing some more concepts. OIC is no more strong as it was before. Sunni-Shiite conflict is at its peak today. Iran is trying to become the leader of Arab world. Saudi is inherently opposing this. If war is inevitable, Saudi would definitely aid US which is just a proxy for Israel. I do love Israel and Jewish people’s power to fight back. But at the same time we have to remember that Iran hates Pakistan to the core and their relations are no good and Iran is our major partner for oil. It is not as straight forward as one expects. Please do not make the cruel killing by Israel as heroic actions. True, am also big fan of how the nation ‘Isrel’ built. But humanity should prevail everything. Hope you also come up with other side of story. About Iran’s culture – read National Geography (magazine)’s one cover page article – I think it came 2-3 years back. It helps to see the culture, history and mentality of the people there. Israel did not conquer a Palestini land decades ago, because there is nothing called a Palestini land at all.
Israel is the land of Jews and not of Arabs.
Israel has been their homeland since the days of Moses and King David.

And I consider it foolish to believe what is written in a religious book couple of thousand years ago about a god promising some people a promised land and based on that root out the people who were living in that land for hundreds of years and create a country out of thin air. And let’s not forget, that story had nothing to do with the people of palestine when israel was created.
How would you react if a a small wealthy and powerful people come up to your house with a thousand year old inscription about god granting them your land and they uproot you from there?
