ಏರಿದರೆ ಅವರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ, ಮೂಡುವುದು ಭವಿಷ್ಯತ್ತಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಶಂಕೆ!

ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ಆದರಣೀಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಯವರೇ,
ನಮ್ಮ ನೆರೆಯ ಪೂರ್ವ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ/ ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶದಿಂದ ಕಳೆದ 3 ದಶಕಗಳಿಂದ ಆಗಮಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಆಗಾಧ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಣಕಾರರು ಅಸ್ಸಾಮ್್ನ ಜನಾಂಗೀಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸ್ವರೂಪವನ್ನೇ ಬುಡಮೇಲು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ಅಸ್ಸಾಮ್ ಜನರ ಐಡೆಂಟಿಟಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ, ಭಾರತದ ಭದ್ರತೆಗೆ ಗಂಭೀರ ಅಪಾಯವನ್ನು ತಂದೊಡ್ಡಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ಯಾವೊಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳೂ ಈ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಿಲ್ಲ.
ಅಸ್ಸಾಮ್್ನ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲನಾಗಿ, ಸದ್ದಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಭೌಗೋಳಿಕ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನೇ ಅಸ್ತವ್ಯಸ್ತಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಣದ ಮೇಲಿನ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ನಿಷ್ಠೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದಿಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸುಗಳನ್ನು ವರದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲವು ಕಾಲದಿಂದ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಭಾರೀ ಅಪಾಯವನ್ನು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಲು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಗಮನ ಕೊಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಆಶಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

ಇಂಥದ್ದೊಂದು ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು 1998ರಲ್ಲೇ ಆಗಿನ ಅಸ್ಸಾಂ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಕೆ.ಆರ್. ನಾರಾಯಣನ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದರು. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶಿಗರ ಅಕ್ರಮ ವಲಸೆಯನ್ನು ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟದೇ ಹೋದರೆ ಅಸ್ಸಾಮಿಯರೇ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರಾಗಿ, ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರೇ ಬಹುಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರಾಗಬಹುದು. ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಬಾಹುಳ್ಯದ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶದೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿಲೀನ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಕೇಳಿಬರಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಸಿನ್ಹಾ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು!
ಇವತ್ತು ಅಸ್ಸಾಮ್್ನ ಕೋಕ್ರಿಜಾರ್, ಧುಬ್ರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಿರಾಂಗ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದೇನು?
ಒಂದು ಲಕ್ಷದ ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಜನ ಮನೆ ಮಠ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ, 100ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸುಟ್ಟು ಹಾಕಲಾಗಿದೆ, 128 ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರ ಶಿಬಿರಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ, ಐವತ್ತೆಂಟು ಹಿಂದೂ ಬುಡಕಟ್ಟು ಜನರು ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಣಕಾರರ ಕ್ರೌರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಲಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಎರಡು ಕಡೆ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದ ಬಾವುಟವನ್ನು ಹಾರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಣಕಾರರು ನಮ್ಮ ಬೋಡೋ ಜನರ ಆಸ್ತಿ-ಪಾಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ! ನಿಮಗೆ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ನೆನಪಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲವೆ? ಜಗಮೋಹನ್ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರಾಗಿದ್ದಾಗ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಂಡಿತರನ್ನು ಕಣಿವೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರದಬ್ಬಿ ಅವರ ಮನೆ ಮಠಗಳನ್ನು ಆಕ್ರಮಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರೋ ಅದೇ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಇಂದು ಅಸ್ಸಾಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇಷ್ಟಾಗಿಯೂ ಅಸ್ಸಾಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಣಕಾರರೇ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ತರುಣ್ ಗೊಗೋಯಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ! ಓಟಿಗಾಗಿ ಯಾವ ಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೂ ಇಳಿಯುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸಿಗರು ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಣಕಾರರಿಗೆ ಪಡಿತರ ಚೀಟಿ, ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಭಾರತೀಯರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿದೆ ಎಂದಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲವೆ?
ಇಂಥವರು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆಳುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಈ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ತಾನೇ ಇದೆ ಹೇಳಿ?
ಎಸ್.ಕೆ. ಸಿನ್ಹಾ ಕೂಡ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಬೆಂಬಲಿತ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರೇ ಆಗಿದ್ದರು. ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ‘ದಿನವೊಂದಕ್ಕೆ 6 ಸಾವಿರ ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರು ಒಳನುಸುಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ’ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ವರದಿಯೇ ಸುಳ್ಳೇ? ಅವರು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ, ಕೆನಡಾದ ಟೊರಾಂಟೊ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಕೆಲ ವಿದ್ವಾಂಸರು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಮೆರಿಕದ ಕಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ 1.5 ಕೋಟಿ ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರು ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ನುಸುಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ವಿಚಾರವೂ ಸತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ದೂರವಾದುದೇ? “The Silent Invasion’ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಣಕಾರರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 2 ಕೋಟಿ ಎಂದು ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದನ್ನೂ ನಿರಾಕರಿಸುತ್ತೀರಾ?
ಇವಿಷ್ಟೂ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಎನ್ನುವುದಾದರೆ ಅಸ್ಸಾಮ್್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೇಗೆ 40 ಪರ್ಸೆಂಟ್ ಆಯಿತು, ಹೇಳಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸಿಗರೇ?
1951ರಿಂದ 1991ರ ನಡುವೆ ಅಸ್ಸಾಮ್ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ 30 ಪರ್ಸೆಂಟ್ ಏರಿದರೆ, 1991 ರಿಂದ 2005ರ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿಯಾಗಿ 33 ಪರ್ಸೆಂಟ್ ಏರಿಕೆ ಕಂಡಿತು. ಅದರ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ ಧುಬ್ರಿ, ಗೋಲ್್ಪರ, ಬಾರ್ಪೇಟ, ಹೈಲಕಂಡಿ ಈ 4 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಹಿಡಿತ ಸಾಧಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬೊಂಗಾಯ್್ಗಾಂವ್, ಮಾರಿಗಾಂವ್, ನಾಗಾಂವ್, ಕರೀಮ್್ಗಂಜ್, ಕಾಚಾರ್ ಮುಂತಾದ 5 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರದ್ದೇ ಪ್ರಾಬಲ್ಯ! ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ 2005ರಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾ ಅಕ್ರಮ ವಲಸಿಗರ ತಡೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪತ್ತೆ ಕಾಯಿದೆ(IMDT)ಯನ್ನು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕಿದ ನಂತರವಂತೂ ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಣಕಾರರಿಗೆ ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ನುಸುಳಲು ಪುಕ್ಕಟೆ ಪರವಾನಗಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ಹದಿನೈದು ಕೋಟಿ ಜನರನ್ನು ಹುಟ್ಟಿಸುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿಶ್ವದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಜನಸಾಂದ್ರತೆಯುಳ್ಳ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲೊಂದು ಎಂಬ ಕುಖ್ಯಾತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿರುವ ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾಕ್ಕೆ ಇದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಅವಕಾಶ ಇನ್ನೇನು ಬೇಕು? ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆಗಿಂತ ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶಿಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾರತದೊಳಗೇ ಇರುವವರ ‘ಜನೋತ್ಪಾದನೆ’ ಅಪಾಯಕಾರಿ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಮರೆಯಬೇಡಿ!
ಇಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೂ 1947ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸ್ಸಾಮ್್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇವಲ 19 ಲಕ್ಷವಿದ್ದ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಇವತ್ತು 1 ಕೋಟಿಯನ್ನು ಮೀರಿದ್ದಾದರೂ ಹೇಗೆ?
ಇದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲ ಯೋಚನೆ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ 1971ರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತ ಎಡವಿತೇನೋ ಎಂದನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ! ಪೂರ್ವ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ (ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾ) ಮತ್ತು ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನಗಳ (ಪಾಕ್) ನಡುವೆ ತಿಕ್ಕಾಟ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆಳುವವರೆಲ್ಲ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದವರೇ ಆಗಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಸಹಜವಾಗಿಯೇ ಪೂರ್ವ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪಸ್ವರವೆದ್ದಿತ್ತು. 1970ರ ಸಾರ್ವತ್ರಿಕ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದ 169 ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಶೇಕ್ ಮುಜಿಬುರ್ ರೆಹಮಾನ್ ಅವರ ಅವಾಮಿ ಲೀಗ್ 167 ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಗೆದ್ದುಕೊಂಡಿತು. ಹೀಗೆ 313 ಸ್ಥಾನ ಬಲದ ಪಾಕ್ ಸಂಸತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಾಮಿ ಲೀಗ್ ಬಹುಮತ ಪಡೆಯಿತು. ಮುಜೀಬುರ್ ರೆಹಮಾನ್್ಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ನೀಡುವ ಬದಲು ಪಾಕ್ ಸೇನಾ ಜನರಲ್ ಯಾಹ್ಯಾ ಖಾನ್, ಪೂರ್ವ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಿಲಿಟರಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ಹೇರಿದರು. ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಸಂಘರ್ಷ ಆರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಲುಕಿ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಹಿಂದೂಗಳು ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಗಡಿಯತ್ತ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವ ಬದಲು ವಾಪಸ್ ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಇಂದಿರಾ ಗಾಂಧಿಯವರು ಏಕಾಏಕಿ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಯುದ್ಧವನ್ನೇ ಸಾರಿದರು. 1971, ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 17ರಂದು ಪಾಕ್ ಸೇನೆ ಶರಣಾಗುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶವೇನೋ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಯಿತು.
ಆದರೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯಾಗಿ ನಮಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದ್ದೇನು?
ಒಂದೆಡೆ ಎರಡು ಕೋಟಿ ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರಿಗೆ ನಾವು ಆಶ್ರಯ ನೀಡಬೇಕಾಗಿ ಬಂದಿದ್ದರೆ, 1947ರಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ. 29.17ರಷ್ಟಿದ್ದ ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾ ಹಿಂದೂಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 2001 ಜನಗಣತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 2.5 ಪರ್ಸೆಂಟ್್ಗಿಳಿದಿದೆ! ಎಂತಹ ಕೃತಘ್ನತೆ ನೋಡಿ, ಹರ್ಕತ್ ಉಲ್ ಜೆಹಾದ್ ಉಲ್ ಇಸ್ಲಾಮಿ, ಜಮಾತೆ ಇಸ್ಲಾಮಿ, ಜಾಗ್ರತಾ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಜನತಾ ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶ್, ಜಮಾತ್ ಉಲ್ ಮುಜಾಹಿದ್ ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶ್ ಮುಂತಾದ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹಿಂದೂಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ನಾಮ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಜತೆಗೆ ಅಸ್ಸಾಂ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಬಂಗಾಳದಲ್ಲೂ ಭಾರತ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಇಂದು ದಿಲ್ಲಿ, ವಾರಾಣಸಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಇಂಡಿಯನ್ ಇನ್್ಸ್ಟಿಟ್ಯೂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಸೈನ್ಸ್ ಮೇಲಿನ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕ ದಾಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶಿಯರ ಹೆಸರು ಕೇಳಿ ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ. 2001ರ ಜನಗಣತಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ದೇಶದ 10 ಜನಭರಿತ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 5 ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಬಂಗಾಳದಲ್ಲಿವೆ. ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ’24 ಪರಗಣ (ಉತ್ತರ)’, ’24 ಪರಗಣ (ದಕ್ಷಿಣ) ಮತ್ತು ಮುರ್ಷಿದಾಬಾದ್್ಗಳು ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾ ಗಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ಇವು ಹೆಸರಿಗೆ ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದರೂ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವವರಾರೂ ಭಾರತೀಯರಲ್ಲ, ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಣಕಾರರು. ಅಸ್ಸಾಮ್್ನ ಕೋಕ್ರಿಜಾರ್, ಧುಬ್ರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಿರಾಂಗ್್ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೋಡೋಗಳ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವಕ್ಕೇ ಧಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದಿರುವವರೂ ಇದೇ ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಣಕಾರರು. ಈಗ ಹೇಳಿ, ಅಂದು ಪೂರ್ವ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ-ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನಗಳು (ಮುಸಲ್ಮಾನರೇ) ಕಿತ್ತಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾ ಹಿಂದೂಗಳಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಇಂದಿರಾ ಗಾಂಧಿಯವರು ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿರುತ್ತಿತ್ತು, ಅಲ್ಲವೆ?
ಇವರ ಉಪಟಳ ಇಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೇ ನಿಲ್ಲುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡಿ!
‘ಮುಘಲಿಸ್ತಾನ್್’ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೀರಾ? 1971ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಕಿತ್ತಾಡಿದ್ದ ಪಾಕ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾಗಳು ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಿ ಭಾರತವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ತುಂಡರಿಸಲು ಹೊರಟಿವೆ. ಅಸ್ಸಾಂ, ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಬಂಗಾಳ, ಕೇರಳ, ನೇಪಾಳ, ಭೂತಾನ್, ಮಾಲ್ಡೀವ್ಸ್್ಗಳನ್ನು ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾ ಜತೆ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ ಮಾಡಿ ರಚನೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೊರಟಿರುವುದೇ ‘ಮುಘಲಿಸ್ತಾನ್್’! ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಗಮನಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ ಅಂಶವೆಂದರೆ ಅಸ್ಸಾಂ, ಮೇಘಾಲಯ, ನಾಗಾಲ್ಯಾಂಡ್, ಮಣಿಪುರ, ತ್ರಿಪುರ, ಮಿಜೋರಾಮ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಅರುಣಾಚಲ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡ ಈಶಾನ್ಯ ಭಾಗ ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾರತದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಭಾಗದ ನಡುವೆ ಇರುವ ಏಕೈಕ ಕೊಂಡಿಯೆಂದರೆ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಬಂಗಾಳದ ಸಿಲಿಗುರಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಹಾದು ಹೋಗುವ 22 ಕಿ.ಮೀ. ಜಾಗ. ಇದನChicken’s Neck ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇದು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಆಯಕಟ್ಟಿನ ಸ್ಥಳ. ಇದನ್ನೇ ತುಂಡರಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ‘ಮುಘಲಿಸ್ತಾನ್್’ ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಕರಿಗಿದೆ. ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾ ಜತೆ ನಾವು 4097 ಕಿ.ಮೀ. ಉದ್ದ ಗಡಿಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, ಅದು ಯಾವತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ಅಪಾಯಕಾರಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರವೇ. ಅಂತಹ ಅಪಾಯದ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇರಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಾಗ್ಗೆ ಕಾಣುತ್ತೇವೆ, ಅಸ್ಸಾಂನ ಕೋಕ್ರಿಜಾರ್ ಧುಬ್ರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿರುವುದೂ ಅದೇ.
ಇದು ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳು ಹೇಳುವಂತೆ ಬೋಡೋ ಬುಡಕಟ್ಟು ಜನಾಂಗದವರು ಹಾಗೂ ‘ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಸೆಟ್ಲರ್ಸ್್’ ನಡುವಿನ ಸಣ್ಣ ತಿಕ್ಕಾಟವಲ್ಲ. ಇವತ್ತು ಕೋಕ್ರಿಜಾರ್ ದೂರದ ಅಸ್ಸಾಂನಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸುಮ್ಮನಾಗಬೇಡಿ. ಅರಬ್್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲ್ ಅಕ್ಷಾ ಮಸೀದಿಯನ್ನು ಧ್ವಂಸ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ವದಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಜಗನ್ನಾಥ ದೇವಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ನುಗ್ಗಿ ಭಕ್ತಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲುತ್ತಾರೆಂದರೆ ಇವರ ಮನಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಎಂಥದ್ದು ಎಂದು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ? ಇರಾಕ್್ನ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತ ಜೈದಿ ಬುಷ್ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೂಟು ಬಿಸಾಡಿದರೆ ಕೇರಳದ ಬೀದಿ ಬೀದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜೈದಿಯ ಕಟೌಟ್ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಹೂವಿನ ಹಾರಹಾಕುವವರ ನಿಷ್ಠೆ ಈ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೋ ಅಲ್ಲವೋ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಯೋಚನೆ ಮಾಡಿ?
ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರದ್ದೇ ಆದ ‘ಆಲ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಮಜಲಿಸ್್’ ಎಂಬ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷ ಉದಯಿಸಿದೆ. ಕೇರಳದಲ್ಲಂತೂ ದೇಶ ವಿಭಜನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ‘ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಲೀಗ್್’ ಹೆಸರು ಹೊತ್ತ ಪಕ್ಷ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಜತೆ ಸೇರಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದೆ, ಆಂಧ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂಐಎಂ (ಮಜಲೀಸ್ ಇತ್ತೆಹುದಾಲ್ ಮುಸಲ್ಮೀನ್್’ ಎಂಬ ಪಕ್ಷವಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅಸ್ಸಾಂನಲ್ಲೂ ‘ಆಲ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಯುನೈಟೆಡ್ ಡೆಮೋಕ್ರಾಟಿಕ್ ಫ್ರಂಟ್(AIUDF) ಎಂಬ ಪಕ್ಷ ತಲೆಯೆತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಬಹಳ ಅಪಾಯಕಾರಿ ಅಂಶವೆಂದರೆ ಈ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಮೂಲಭೂತವಾದಿ ಪಕ್ಷ ಇಂದು ಅಸ್ಸಾಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಹತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸ್ಸಾಂ ಒಂದು ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಬಾಹುಳ್ಯದ ರಾಜ್ಯವಾಗುವುದು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ, ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯನ್ನೂ ಹೊಂದುವುದು ಖಂಡಿತ! ಇವರ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಗುರಿ ಬರೀ ಅಸ್ಸಾಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಗದ್ದುಗೆ ಹಿಡಿಯುವುದು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ,AIUDF 2009ರ ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಬಂಗಾಳದಲ್ಲೂ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆ ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು. ಈ ರೀತಿ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಲು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಎಲ್ಲಿಯದು? ಜನೋತ್ಪಾದನೆಯಿಂದ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಂಖ್ಯಾಬಲವೇ ಅಲ್ಲವೆ? ಇದೇ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆಯೇ ಅಲ್ಲವೆ 1947ರಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶ ವಿಭಜನೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು?
ಈಗಲಾದರೂ ನಾವು ಎಚ್ಚೆತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶಿಯರನ್ನು ಬಡಿಯದಿದ್ದರೆ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಂಡಿತರಿಗಾದ ಗತಿಯೇ ಅಸ್ಸಾಮಿಯರಿಗಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಜನನ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಕಾಯಿದೆಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರದಿದ್ದರೆ ಮುಂದೊಂದು ದಿನ ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶ, ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರದೇಶ, ಆಂಧ್ರ, ಕೇರಳ, ಬಿಹಾರ, ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಬಂಗಾಳಗಳೂ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಗಳಾಗುತ್ತವೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಭಾರತವೆಂಬುದು ಇತಿಹಾಸದ ಪುಟ ಸೇರುತ್ತದೆ.

Really brainstorming issue. Thanks for bringing this up. We should use social media to highlight this issue and make public to revolt. I raised this issue in response to a The Hindu article and shared on my facebook profile. Unfortunately no one commented on it. I had this apprehension many years back. This is unfortunate that BJP and other parties are not breaking silence on this issue. Some day,as you pointed out there will be a demand to join Assam with Bangladesh and to oust all hindus from Assam… very sad:( Thanks for your effort in bringing this up!

The biggest problem is that Congress CM Hiteshwar Saikia in 1990s and now Tarun Gogoi are NOT accepting that any Bangladeshis are even present in Asom.
Unless the Chief Minister of a state accepts the harsh reality, ignoring the sick vote bank politics, there is NO future for Bodos or other ethnic native Indians. Today Bodos are 5% of Asom. In 1980s Pandits were 5% of Jammu and Kashmir state.

Thanks for sharing the information about ASSAM riots, Today I would like to point two points of view from my end…
1> In the Year 2003/2004 when there was a riots fight in GUJARAT, Mr. Modi was targeted from all the media and specially from CONGRESS, every one posted as secular and made Mr. Modi has a killer of democracy, full length story is prepared on it and a case is filed on Mr.Modi. Now what happened to the same media and CONGRESS party now, no one is talking and pointing to ASSAM chief minister, why everyone kept quit even BJP too…. is this bcoz only HINDU’s are been killed and are ignored, or MUSLIMS are getting killed but not reporting to anyone….!!!!!
The central CONGRESS government wisely escaped from all these with the help of ANNA HAZARE’s fast and PUNE bomb blast….I am even have a doubt that on CONGRESS , that only planned to set up a bomb blasts in PUNE to divert people mind and thinking…..this might be hypothetical to someone but not to me……
2> Why do we always wake up after when such things happen, Mr.Pratap why didn’t you posted this issue in the early years or much before as your one of article, when you had the details about it and made a try to create awareness…..!!!! this is problem with us, when we need to take action we are into plan to understand the situation and case history, no pre planned and major precautionary steps are taken niter by Government and from the people of ASSAM…Why we are always late to take actions….?
Please provide any suggestions how can INDIAN help his own country to save from out sider’s, are there any constitutional rights to make a law and implement effectively…how to boost the ASSAM people to get ready and prepare them to pay back….rather than just sharing the case history more and getting appreciations from the readers….

Thanks for sharing the information about ASSAM riots, Today I would like to point two points of view from my end…
1> In the Year 2003/2004 when there was a riots in GUJARAT, Mr. Modi was targeted from all the media and specially from CONGRESS, every one posted as secular and made Mr. Modi has a killer of democracy, full length story is prepared on it and a case is filed on Mr.Modi. Now what happened to the same media and CONGRESS party now, no one is talking and pointing to ASSAM chief minister, why everyone kept quit even BJP too…. is this bcoz only HINDU’s are been killed and are ignored, or MUSLIMS are getting killed but not reporting to anyone….!!!!!
The central CONGRESS government wisely escaped from all these with the help of ANNA HAZARE’s fast and PUNE bomb blast….I am even have a doubt that on CONGRESS , that only planned to set up a bomb blasts in PUNE to divert people mind…..!!! this might be hypothetical to someone but not to me……
2> Why do we always wake up after these such things happen, Mr.Pratap why didn’t you posted this issue in the early years or much before as you might had the information and posted it as one of article, when you had the details about it and u would have been made a try to create awareness…..!!!! this is problem with us, when we need to take action we are into plan to understand the situation and case history, no pre planned and major precautionary steps are taken niter by Government and from the people of ASSAM…Why we are always late to take actions….?
Please provide any suggestions how can INDIAN help his own country to save from out sider’s, are there any constitutional rights to make a law and implement effectively…how to boost the ASSAM people to get ready and prepare them to pay back….rather than just sharing the case history more and getting appreciations from the readers….
