‘ಆಪ್’ನ ಅಭೂತಪೂರ್ವ ಗೆಲುವು ಬರಲಿರುವ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯ ಸೂಚನೆಯೋ ಅಥವಾ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ-ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸಿನ ಪಾಪ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯೋ?!

ಇಂಥದ್ದೊಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ, ಅನುಮಾನ, ಅಂದಾಜು, ಊಹೆ ಖಂಡಿತ ಕಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೂ ದೇಶದ ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ದಿಲ್ಲಿಯ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಮ್ ಆದ್ಮಿ ಪಾರ್ಟಿ(ಆಪ್) 28 ಸೀಟುಗಳನ್ನು ಗೆಲ್ಲುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ರನ್ನರ್ ಅಪ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾದರೂ ಹೇಗೆ? ಇದು ಮುಂಬರಲಿರುವ ಮಹಾ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯ ಸೂಚನೆಯೇ ಆಗಿದ್ದರೆ 1982ರ ಮಾರ್ಚ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಾಗಿ 1983 ಜನವರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಂಧ್ರಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ 294ರಲ್ಲಿ 201 ಸೀಟು ಗೆಲ್ಲುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಎಂಟೇ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೇರಿದ ಎನ್.ಟಿ. ರಾಮರಾವ್‌ರ ಟಿಡಿಪಿಯಂಥ ಸಾಧನೆ ಆಪ್‌ಗೇಕೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ? ಆಪ್‌ವೊಂದೇ ಹೋಪ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸನ್ನು ದಿಲ್ಲಿಯ ಮತದಾರ ನಿರ್ನಾಮ ಮಾಡಿದಂತೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೂ ಏಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಶಾಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ? ಆಪ್‌ನ ಅಬ್ಬರದ ನಡುವೆಯೂ, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಿಂದ ದೊರೆತ ಕಂಡುಕೇಳರಿಯದಂಥ ಪ್ರಚಾರದ ಮಧ್ಯೆಯೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಏಕೈಕ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮಿದ್ದಾದರೂ ಹೇಗೆ? ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಆಪ್‌ನ ಗೆಲುವು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ನ ಪಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ಜನ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಮತದಾರ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಗಂಭೀರ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ಎಂದಷ್ಟೇ ನಾವು ಭಾವಿಸಬೇಕಾ ಅಥವಾ ಆಪ್ ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ಜನರಿಗೆ ದೊರೆತ ಒಂದು ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಅವಕಾಶವಾ? ಆಪ್ ಜನನಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟವರಾದರೂ ಯಾರು?

ಆಪ್‌ನ ಮುಂದಿನ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯೋಚಿಸುವಾಗ ಅದರ ಜನನಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾದ ಅಂಶಗಳು, ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಖಂಡಿತ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಹಾಯಿಸಲೇಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. 2001ರ ಬೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 122 2ಜಿ ತರಂಗ ಗುಚ್ಛ ಪರವಾನಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ಖಾಸಗಿ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬೇಕಾಬಿಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು 2008ರಲ್ಲಿ. ಇತಿಹಾಸವೇ ಕಂಡುಕೇಳರಿಯದ 1.76 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿ ರು.ಗಳ ಇಂಥದ್ದೊಂದು ಹಗರಣ ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು 2010ರಲ್ಲಿ. ಅಂದು ಇಡೀ ದೇಶವೇ ಬೆಚ್ಚಿಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ, ಆಕ್ಸಫರ್ಡ್ ಪಂಡಿತ ಮನಮೋಹನ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಎಂಬ ಮುಖವಾಡವನ್ನಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ದೇಶದ ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನು ಲೂಟಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದರ ಮೊದಲ ಸಂಕೇತವೂ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸಿಗತೊಡಗಿತು! ಅದೇ ವರ್ಷದ ಉತ್ತರಾರ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕಿದ್ದ ಕಾಮನ್‌ವೆಲ್ತ್ ಗೇಮ್ಸ್‌ಗೆ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು 70,608 ಕೋಟಿ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ದಿಲ್ಲಿಯ ಶೃಂಗಾರಕ್ಕೆ, ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು 66,550 ಕೋಟಿ ರು!! ಶೀಲಾ ದೀಕ್ಷಿತ್ ದಿಲ್ಲಿಯನ್ನು ಉದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದರು ಎಂದು ಬೊಬ್ಬೆಹಾಕುತ್ತಾರಲ್ಲಾ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೂಲ ಕಾರಣ ಪುಕ್ಕಟೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದ 66 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ. ಆದರೆ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಕೂಟ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗುವ ಮೊದಲೇ ಹಗರಣ ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬಂದು. ಸುಮಾರು 30 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿಯನ್ನೇ ಗುಳುಂ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ಮಾತು ಕೇಳಿ ಬಂತು. ಅದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇಡೀ ದೇಶ ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಎದುರು ತಲೆತಗ್ಗಿಸಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುವಂತಾಯಿತು. ಖ್ಯಾತ ಉದ್ಯಮಿ ಅಜೀಂ ಪ್ರೇಮ್‌ಜಿ ಇದನ್ನು “Drain on public funds” ಎಂದು ಟೀಕಿಸಿದರೂ ದುರಂಹಕಾರಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಖಾತೆ ಸಚಿವ ಎ. ರಾಜಾನನ್ನು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ಗೆ ಎಳೆದು ರಾಜಿನಾಮೆ ಕೊಡಿಸುವಷ್ಟರಲ್ಲಿ ಡಾ. ಸುಬ್ರಹ್ಮಣ್ಯಂ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಯವರಿಗೆ 16 ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳೇ ಬೇಕಾದವು. ಈ ಯಾವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲೂ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಬಾಯ್ಬಿಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಸೋನಿಯಾರನ್ನು ಕಳ್ಳ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳೂ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಅವರೂ ಮಾತನಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳು ಯುವಜನತೆಯ ಮುಕುಟಮಣಿ ಎಂದು ಯಾರನ್ನು ಹಾಡಿಹೊಗಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದವೋ ಅಂತಹ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿಯೂ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಬಾಯಿ ತೆರೆಯಲೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮೇಲಿನ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಕರಗಿ ಹೋಯಿತು. ಜತೆಗೆ ಮುಂಬೈ ದಾಳಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣರಾದವರನ್ನು ಕರೆತಂದು ದಂಡಿಸುವ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲೂ ತೋರಿದ ನಿರಾಸಕ್ತಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ಗೆ ಬೇಕಿರುವುದು ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅದು ಯಾವ ಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೂ ಇಳಿಯುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಜನರಿಗೂ ಮನವರಿಕೆಯಾಯಿತು. ಹೀಗೆ ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ಒಂದು ರೀತಿಯ ಆಕ್ರೋಶ, ಸಾತ್ವಿಕ ಸಿಟ್ಟು ವ್ಯಾಪಕವಾಗಿ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಯಿತು.
ಇದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲ…
ತನ್ನ ಲಾಭಕ್ಕೆ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ, ಜನರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಧ್ವನಿಯೆತ್ತಿ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಪಾತ್ರವಾಗುವ, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಜನಾಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವ ಸುವರ್ಣಾವಕಾಶ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಮುಂದಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ 2009ರ ನಂತರ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ನಾಯಕಮಣಿಗಳಾದ ಲಾಲ್‌ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಆಡ್ವಾಣಿ, ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಸ್ವರಾಜ್, ಮುರಳಿ ಮನೋಹರ ಜೋಶಿ, ಅರುಣ್ ಜೇಟ್ಲಿ ಯಾವತ್ತೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಒಂದು ಗಟ್ಟಿ ಧ್ವನಿಯೆತ್ತಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಂಸತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇವರು ಮಾಡಿದ ಭಾಷಣಗಳೂ ನೀನು ಹೊಡೆದಂಗೆ ಮಾಡು, ನಾ ಅತ್ತಂಗೆ ಮಾಡ್ತೀನಿ ಎಂಬಂತ್ತಿದ್ದವು. ಅಟಲ್ ಬಿಹಾರಿ ವಾಜಪೇಯಿ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ದೇಶ ಕಂಡ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಾರ್ಹ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತ ಅರುಣ್ ಶೌರಿ ಕೂಡ, “ಸಂಸತ್ತಿನ ಒಳಗೂ ಹೊರಗೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಮೈತ್ರಿಯೇ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ” ಎನ್ನುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ನಾಯಕರು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಜತೆ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಮಾಡಿಬಿಟ್ಟರು. ಇತ್ತ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರ ಲಜ್ಜೆಗೇಡಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ನುಂಗಲಾರದ ತುತ್ತಾದರೆ, ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬ ನಾಯಕಿ ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಸ್ವರಾಜ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಕೆಯ ದತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳಾದ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ–ರಾಮುಲು ನಡುವಿನ ತಾಳಮೇಳ ಜಗತ್ತಿಗೇ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿ ಆಕೆ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಆಕೆಯ ನಿಜರೂಪ ಬಯಲು ಮಾಡುವ ಅಪಾಯ ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಮುಂಬೈ ದಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವಪಣಕ್ಕಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋರಾಡಿ ಶ್ರವಣ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು ವೃತ್ತಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ಕಮ್ಯಾಂಡೋ ಸುರೇಂದರ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ 11 ತಿಂಗಳಾದರೂ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ವೇತನ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸಹಾಯಯಾಚಿಸಿ ಕದತಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರೂ ಲಾಲ್‌ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಆಡ್ವಾಣಿ, ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಸ್ವರಾಜ್ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ! ಹೀಗೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಒಂಥರಾ ಕಳ್ಳರ ಸಂತೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಸಂವೇದನೆಯನ್ನೇ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ನಾಯಕರ ಕೂಟವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಸಾಕ್ಷೀಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆಯಂತೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಆರೆಸ್ಸೆಸ್ಸೇ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿತ್ತು.
ಇಂತಹ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶದ ಜನರ ಆಕ್ರೋಶಕ್ಕೆ ಧ್ವನಿಯಾಗುವಂತೆ 2011, ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 5ರಂದು ದಿಲ್ಲಿಯ ಜಂತರ್‌ಮಂತರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಣ್ಣಾ ಹಝಾರೆ ನಿರಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಕುಳಿತರು!
ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಭ್ರಮನಿರಸನಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಆರೆಸ್ಸೆಸ್ ಕೂಡಾ ಅಣ್ಣಾ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಿಂತಿತು. ಬಾಬಾ ರಾಮ್‌ದೇವ್ ಕೂಡ ಧುಮುಕಿದರು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಸತ್ಯಾಗ್ರಹದ ಕಾವು ಸುನಾಮಿಯಂತೆ ದೇಶವನ್ನೇ ಅಪ್ಪಳಿಸಿತು. ದಿಲ್ಲಿಯ ಶಾಲಾ ಕಾಲೇಜು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೂ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡರು. ವಾಸ್ತವದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದು ಅಣ್ಣಾ ನಿರಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪಾರ ಜನಸ್ತೋಮ ಹರಿದು ಬಂದಿದ್ದರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಆರೆಸ್ಸೆಸ್‌ನ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವಿತ್ತು. ಅವತ್ತು ಅರವಿಂದ ಕೇಜ್ರೀವಾಲ್ ಕೇವಲ ಒಬ್ಬ ಸಂಘಟಕ ಹಾಗೂ Foot Soldie ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಆಗಿದ್ದರು. ಇವತ್ತು ಅರವಿಂದ ಕೇಜ್ರೀವಾಲರ ಬಗಲಲ್ಲೇ ಇರುವ ಕುಮಾರ್ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ್ ಮತ್ತಾರೂ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಆರೆಸ್ಸೆಸ್‌ನ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕನೇ! ಹೀಗೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಕಟ್ಟಾ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಗರೇ, ಆರೆಸ್ಸೆಸ್‌ನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರೇ ಅಣ್ಣಾಗೆ ಬೆಂಬಲವಾಗಿ ನಿಂತರು. ಆಗಲಾದರೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಎಚ್ಚೆತ್ತುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಕಳೆದ ಆರೆಂಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಡ್ವಾಣಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಏಕೈಕ ಮಹಾನ್ ಕೆಲಸವೆಂದರೆ “ಮನಮೋಹನ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಈ ದೇಶ ಕಂಡ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ದುರ್ಬಲ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು ಮಾತ್ರ! ಆದರೆ ಮನಮೋಹನ್ ಸಿಂಗ್‌ರನ್ನು “ದುರ್ಬಲ” ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯಾಗಿಸಿದ್ದು ಸೋನಿಯಾ ಗಾಂಧಿಯಲ್ಲವೆ? ಅಂಥ ಸೋನಿಯಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಆಡ್ವಾಣಿ ಯಾವತ್ತು ಧ್ವನಿಯೆತ್ತಿದರು ಹೇಳಿ? ಅಣ್ಣಾ ಹಝಾರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರ ತಂಡ ಸೋನಿಯಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಹೆಡೆಮುರಿಕಟ್ಟುತ್ತದೆ, ಸುಷ್ಮಾ, ಶಿವರಾಜ, ನಿತೀಶರನ್ನು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೋದಿಯನ್ನು ಮಟ್ಟಹಾಕಿದರೆ ತನಗೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಸ್ಥಾನ ತಾನಾಗಿಯೇ ಒಲಿದು ಬರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾರದ ಬ್ಲಾಗ್ ಬರೆಯುವುದರಲ್ಲೇ ಕಾಲ ಕಳೆದರು. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮಂದಿ ಸಂಸತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ಜನಾಂದೋಲನವನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗೆ ಜನ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ Disconnect ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಯಿತು.
ಈ ನಡುವೆಯೂ ಮತ್ತೆ ಎದೆಸೆಟೆಸಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಲು ರಾಬರ್ಟ್ ವಾದ್ರಾ ಹಗರಣದ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಅವಕಾಶ ಒದಗಿಬಂತು!
ರಾಬರ್ಟ್ ವಾದ್ರಾ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ದಂಧೆ ಯಾವತ್ತೋ ದೇಶವಾಸಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇಂಟರ್‌ನೆಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲೇ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಅಂಶಗಳು ಹರಿದಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು. ಆತನ ದಂಧೆಯ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕಚೇರಿಯನ್ನು ತಾವಾಗಿ ಹುಡುಕಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದಿದ್ದವು. ಆದರೆ ವಕೀಲ ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ್ ಭೂಷಣ್ ಧ್ವನಿಯೆತ್ತುವವರೆಗೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಬೆಚ್ಚಗೆ ಮಲಗಿತ್ತು. ಆನಂತರವಾದರೂ ಅರಿತುಕೊಂಡು ವಾದ್ರಾ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಸೋನಿಯಾ ಗಾಂಧಿಯವರನ್ನು ಹಣಿಯಲು, ಮೂಲೆಗುಂಪು ಮಾಡಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಬಹುದಿತ್ತು. ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಬೇರೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಾಯಕರು ಸೋನಿಯಾ ಗಾಂಧಿಯವರನ್ನು ಕಂಡರೆ ಹೆದರಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ! ಇದು ಏನನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸುತ್ತದೆ? ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಎಷ್ಟೇ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಬಾಯಿಮುಚ್ಚಿಕೊಂಡು ಕುಳಿತಿದ್ದ ವರ್ತನೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಆಶಾಕಿರಣವಾಗಿ ಎಂದೂ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಕಾಣಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಕಾಲಾಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳ್ಳ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ಗಳು ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಿ ಜನಲೋಕಪಾಲವನ್ನು ಸಂಸತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಲೆಗುಂಪಾಗಿಸಿದರೂ, ಅಣ್ಣಾಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದರೂ, ಅಣ್ಣಾ ತಂಡದಲ್ಲೇ ಬಿರುಕುಂಟಾಗಿ ವಿಘಟನೆಯಾಗಿ ಕೇಜ್ರಿವಾಲ್, ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ್ ಭೂಷಣ್ ಮಾತ್ರ ಉಳಿದುಕೊಂಡರೂ ಅಣ್ಣಾ ಚಳವಳಿಗೆ ಧುಮುಕಿದ್ದ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಯಾವ ಬದಲಿ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳೂ ಕಾಣದಾದವು. ಒಂದೆಡೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ತನ್ನ ದುರಂಹಕಾರದಿಂದ ದರ್ಪದಲ್ಲೇ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞಾಹೀನವಾದರೆ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟರ, ಮಹತ್ವಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳ ಕೂಟವಾಗಿಯೇ ಇತ್ತು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅಂಟಿಸಿದ ಕಳಂಕದ ಜತೆಗೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ನಿತಿನ್ ಗಡ್ಕರಿಯವರ “ಪೂರ್ತಿ” ರೂಪ ಬಹಿರಂಗವಾಗುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ತನ್ನ ಕಾಲ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಲ್ಲು ಎತ್ತಿಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡಿತು.
ಇಂತಹ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರವಿಂದ ಕೇಜ್ರೀವಾಲ್ 2012, ನವೆಂಬರ್ 26ರಂದು ಆಮ್ ಆದ್ಮಿ ಪಾರ್ಟಿ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಅಣ್ಣಾ ಚಳವಳಿ ನಿಂತ ನಂತರ ಅತಂತ್ರವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯತ್ತಲೂ ಮುಖಮಾಡದಂಥ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ದೇಶದ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಆಪ್ ಜತೆ ಸೇರಿದರು.
ಆಗಲೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರು ಆಪ್ ಅನ್ನು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸಂತೂ ಅಹಂಕಾರದ ಮದದಿಂದ ಹೊರಬರುವ ಯಾವ ಲಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನೂ ತೋರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಮಧ್ಯೆ, 2012 ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 16ರಂದು ದುರದೃಷ್ಟಕರ ದಿಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ಯಾಂಗ್ ರೇಪ್ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಮತ್ತೆ ಇಡೀ ದೇಶ ರೊಚ್ಚಿಗೆದ್ದಿತು. ಅವತ್ತು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ವರ್ತಿಸಿತೆಂದರೆ ದಿಲ್ಲಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಕಮೀಷನರ್ ನೀರಜ್ ಕುಮಾರ್‌ರನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಿ ಎಂಬ ಒತ್ತಡಕ್ಕೂ ಕ್ಯಾರೇ ಎನ್ನದೆ ದರ್ಪ ತೋರಿತು. ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಂತೂ ಗಡ್ಕರಿಯವರ ಹಗರಣವನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಥಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರಲ್ಲೇ ಹೈರಾಣಾಗಿ ಹೋಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಎಲ್ಲ ಘಟನೆಗಳ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ನಾಟಕಗಳ, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸಿನ ಅಹಂಕಾರದ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಗಳ ರಂಗಸ್ಥಳ ದಿಲ್ಲಿಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಹೀಗೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ–ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ಗಳ ಧೋರಣೆಯಿಂದ ಬೇಸತ್ತ ಜನ ಆಪ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಮಧ್ಯೆ, ಮೋದಿ ಹವಾ ಎದ್ದರೂ ಮಹತ್ವಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನೇ ಒಡಲಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಹುಟ್ಟಿರುವವರಂತೆ ವರ್ತಿಸತೊಡಗಿದ ಆಡ್ವಾಣಿ, ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಸ್ವರಾಜ್, ಮುರಳಿ ಮನೋಹರ ಜೋಶಿಯವರು ಮೋದಿಯನ್ನು ತುಳಿಯಲು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಪಿತೂರಿ ನಗ್ನವಾಗಿ ಕಾಣಿಸತೊಡಗಿತು. ಗೋವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಡ್ವಾಣಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರ ಗ್ಯಾಂಗ್ ನಡೆದುಕೊಂಡ ರೀತಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜನ ಅಸಹ್ಯಪಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತಾಯಿತು. ಆಪ್‌ನತ್ತ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದವರು ಅಷ್ಟರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲ್ಲೇ ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಉಳಿಯುವ, ದಿಲ್ಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ತರುವ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿದರು. 2013, ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 13ರಂದು ಎಲ್ಲ ವಿರೋಧದ ನಡುವೆಯೂ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೆಸ್ಸೆಸ್ ಸಫಲವಾದರೂ ಮೋದಿಯವರ ಕಟ್ಟಾ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಗರೇ ದಿಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯತ್ತ ಮುಖ ಮಾಡುವ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ದಿಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂದ ಕೂಡಲೇ ವಿಜಯ್ ಗೋಯೆಲ್, ವಿಜಯ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಮಲ್ಹೋತ್ರ, ವಿಜಯ್ ಗುಪ್ತಾ ಈ ಮೂರೂ ವಿಜಯಗಳೆಂಬ ಅಯೋಗ್ಯರು ಗೋಚರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
ಹೀಗೆ ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ದಿಲ್ಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಪರ್ಯಾಯದ ಕೊರತೆ ಆಪ್‌ಗೆ ವರದಾನವಾಯಿತು!
ಅದರ ಜತೆಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಘೋಷಣೆಯಾಗುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲೇ ಬೆಲೆಯೇರಿಕೆಯೆಂಬ ಭೂತ ಕೂಡ ಬಳುವಳಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಂದುಬಿಟ್ಟಿತು. ದಿಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಈ್ಟಟಿಡ್ಡಟ್ಝಟ್ಜಿ ಖಡಿಛಡಿಜ. ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಹೊರಗಿನಿಂದಲೇ ಬರಬೇಕು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಬೆಲೆಯೇರಿಕೆ ಬಿಸಿ ಇಡೀ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲೇ ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ತಟ್ಟುವುದು ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ದಿಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಗರಿಗೆ. 1998ರಲ್ಲಿ ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ ಸ್ಥಬ್ದಚಿತ್ರ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ದಿಲ್ಲಿಯ ಬೀದಿ ಬೀದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಿಯೇ ಅಲ್ಲವೆ ಶೀಲಾ ದೀಕ್ಷಿತ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು? ಅದನ್ನು ಕೇಜ್ರಿವಾಲ್ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಒಂದೆಡೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೇ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಹೆಣಗಾಡುತ್ತಾ ವಿಜಯ್ ಗೋಯೆಲ್ ಎಂಬ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷನನ್ನು ಏನು ಮಾಡುವುದಪ್ಪಾ ಎಂಬ ಗೊಂದಲಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಇನ್ನೊಂದೆಡೆ ಬೆಲೆಯೇರಿಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರೆ, “ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ ಮಾರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ..” ಎಂದು ಬಿಟ್ಟರು ಕಪಿಲ್ ಸಿಬಲ್ ಎಂಬ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ನ ಸಚಿವ ಮಹಾಶಯ. ಅಲ್ಲಿವರೆಗೂ ಬರೀ ಜನಲೋಕಪಾಲವನ್ನೇ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅಸ್ತ್ರವಾಗಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಕೇಜ್ರೀವಾಲ್, ಬೆಲೆಯೇರಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಜನರ ದೈನಂದಿನ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡತೊಡಗಿದರು. ಪ್ರತಿ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ 700 ಲೀಟರ್ ಪುಕ್ಕಟೆ ನೀರು ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇವೆ, ಅಕ್ರಮ ಗುಡಿಸಲುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಕ್ಕುಪತ್ರ ನೀಡುತ್ತೇವೆ, ಕರೆಂಟ್ ಚಾರ್ಜನ್ನು ಶೇ. 50ರಷ್ಟು ಕಡಿತ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ, ಅಗ್ಗದ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಔಷಧಗಳನ್ನು (ರಾಜಸ್ಥಾನದಿಂದ ಕಾಪಿ) ಪೂರೈಸುತ್ತೇವೆ, ಶಾಲಾ–ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ, ತರಕಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ದಿನಸಿ ಬೆಲೆ ಇಳಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂಬ ಜನಮರುಳು ಮಾಡುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ನ ತಂತ್ರವನ್ನೇ ಪ್ರಯೋಗ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಚಳಗಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರವಾಗುವ, ಬೇಸಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಯಾಗುವ ದಿಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಕರೆಂಟ್ ಬಿಲ್ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಹೊರೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಜತೆಗೆ ದಿಲ್ಲಿಯ ಸ್ಲಮ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ಕಾಲನಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವವರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಭಾರೀ ದೊಡ್ಡದಿದೆ. ಅವರಿಗೂ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ 700 ಲೀಟರ್ ನೀರು ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಸುಮಾರು 5 ಲಕ್ಷ ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ಜೋಪಡಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಕ್ಕುಪತ್ರ ನೀಡುತ್ತೇವೆ, ಕರೆಂಟ್ ಬೆಲೆ ಕಡಿತ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂಬ ವಾಗ್ದಾನಗಳು ಕೆಳವರ್ಗದವರಿಗೂ, ಕಡಿಮೆ ಆದಾಯ ಹೊಂದಿದವರಿಗೂ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೂ ತುಂಬಾ ಅಪೀಲಿಂಗ್ ಆಗಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿದವು. ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 8ರಂದು ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಹೊರಬಿದ್ದಾಗ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಿರ್ನಾಮವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ಟೋಪಿಧಾರಿ ಯುವ ಜನತೆ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ನಂತೆಯೇ ಜನಮರುಳು ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ್ದ ಕೇಜ್ರೀವಾಲರನ್ನು ಕೆಳವರ್ಗ ಕೂಡ ಕೈಹಿಡಿದಿತ್ತು. ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ ಆಪ್‌ಗೆ 28 ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳು ದಕ್ಕಿದ್ದವು.
ಇಂಥ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯ ಸಂಕೇತ, ಹೊಸದೊಂದು ಪರ್ವ ಎನ್ನಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವೆ?
ಹಾಗೆನ್ನುವುದಾದರೆ ಅರವಿಂದ ಕೇಜ್ರೀವಾಲ್ ತಿಪ್ಪರಲಾಗ ಹಾಕಿದರೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೇರುವುದನ್ನು ತಡೆದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸಾಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಏನನ್ನುತ್ತೀರಿ? ಆಮ್ ಆದ್ಮಿ ಪಕ್ಷ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸಿನ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ಆಕ್ರಮಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆಯೇ ಹೊರತು ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೇರಿಲ್ಲ. ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳ ಹಿಂದಷ್ಟೇ ನಡೆದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಧಾನ ಸಭೆಯ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸಿನ ಬದಲು ಮಲ್ಲೇಶ್ವರಂ, ಬಸವನಗುಡಿಯಂಥ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕೆಲ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜನ ಲೋಕಸತ್ತಾ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಗಣನೀಯ ಮತಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಖಂಡಿತ ಆಪ್ ಸಾಧನೆ ಗಮನಾರ್ಹವಾದುದೇ. ಆದರೆ ಆಮ್ ಆದ್ಮಿ ಪಾರ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ದಿಲ್ಲಿಯ ಜನರಾದರೂ ಏಕೈಕ ಆಶಾಕಿರಣವಾಗಿ ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರಾದರೆ ಏಕೆ ಅದು ಬಹುಮತ ಪಡೆಯಲಿಲ್ಲ? ಆಮ್ ಆದ್ಮಿ ಪಕ್ಷ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ಗೆ ತಕ್ಕ ಪಾಠ ಕಲಿಸಿತು, ಅದೇ ಮುಂದಿನ ಭರವಸೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದಾದರೆ ರಾಜಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ 199 ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ಮೂರರಷ್ಟು ಅಭೂತಪೂರ್ವ ಜಯ ಪಡೆದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಕೇವಲ 21 ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಿಗಿಳಿಸಿರುವ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಗೆಲುವನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸುತ್ತೀರಿ? ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಇತಿಹಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಸತತ ಮೂರು ಬಾರಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾದ ಶಿವರಾಜ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಚವ್ಹಾಣ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಛತ್ತೀಸ್‌ಗಢದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾವೋವಾದಿಗಳು ಕೂಬಿಂಗ್ ಆಪರೇಶನ್ ಕೈಬಿಡಲಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಬೆಂಬಲಕೊಟ್ಟರೂ ಮೂರನೇ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಗೆದ್ದ ರಮಣ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ವಿಜಯಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವ ಕಾರಣಕೊಡುತ್ತೀರಿ? ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೋದಿ ಪರ ಅಲೆ ಇರುವುದು ನಿಜ. ಆದರೆ ದಿಲ್ಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಎರಡೂ ಒಂದೇ ನಾಣ್ಯದ ಎರಡು ಭ್ರಷ್ಟ ಮುಖಗಳಷ್ಟೇ ಎಂಬ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಜನ ಎರಡೂ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿ ಆಮ್ ಆದ್ಮಿ ಪಕ್ಷದತ್ತ ಮುಖಮಾಡಿದರು. ಇದನ್ನು ಮೊದಲೇ ಅರಿತ ಮೋದಿ ಪಟ್ಟು ಹಿಡಿದು ಡಾ. ಹರ್ಷವರ್ಧನ್‌ರನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದರು. ಅಷ್ಟರೊಳಗೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಘೋಷಣೆಯಾಗಿ ಮತದಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳಷ್ಟೇ ಇತ್ತು. ಜತೆಗೆ ಮುನಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ವಿಜಯ್ ಗೋಯೆಲ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಗರ ಪಿತೂರಿಯ ಹೊರತಾಗಿಯೂ ಸರಳ ಬಹುಮತಕ್ಕೆ 4 ಸೀಟು ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾದರೂ ಏಕೈಕ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಮೋದಿ ಅಲೆಯೇ ಅಲ್ಲವೆ? ಮದನ್‌ಲಾಲ್ ಖುರಾನಾ, ಸಾಹಿಬ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ವರ್ಮಾರ ಕಿತ್ತಾಟದಿಂದ ಬಡವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಿಂತ 6 ತಿಂಗಳ ಮೊದಲು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರ ಅಗಲ ಬಿಂದಿಯ ನಾಯಕಿ ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಸ್ವರಾಜ್‌ರನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಧುಮುಕಿದರೂ 1998ರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೀನಾಯವಾಗಿ ಸೋತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲವೆ? ಅಷ್ಟೇಕೆ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬ ಶುದ್ಧಹಸ್ತರಾದ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಚಿವರಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಖ್ಯಾತ ಸುವರ್ಣ ಚತುಷ್ಪಥ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯಗತಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಮೇಜರ್ ಜನರಲ್ ಬಿ.ಸಿ. ಖಂಡೂರಿಯವರನ್ನು ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷ ಮೊದಲೇ ಉತ್ತರಾಂಚಲದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಹೊರಬಿದ್ದಾಗ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸೋಲು ಕಂಡಿರಲಿಲ್ಲವೆ? ಅಷ್ಟೇಕೆ, ಖಂಡೂರಿ ಸ್ವಂತಸೀಟನ್ನೇ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು! ಅಣ್ಣಾ ಮಾದರಿಯ ಜನಲೋಕಪಾಲವನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಇದೇ ಅಣ್ಣಾ ಹಝಾರೆ, ಅರವಿಂದ ಕೇಜ್ರಿವಾಲ್, ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ್ ಭೂಷಣ್‌ರಿಂದ ಹೊಗಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೂ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಖಂಡೂರಿ ಏಕೆ ಸೋತರು? ಹಾಗಿರುವಾಗ ಕೇವಲ ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳ ಅಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳಂಕಿತ ದಿಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕಾರದ ಬಾಗಿಲವರೆಗೂ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದ ಮೋದಿಯವರದ್ದು ಸಣ್ಣ ಸಾಧನೆಯೇ?
ಇಂದಿರಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಅರ್ಥವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಯಾವ ಗತಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿದ್ದರೋ, ಮನಮೋಹನ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಅವರ 10 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಆಡಳಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಿರುವುದೂ ಅದೇ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲೇ ಸಾಫ್ಟ್‌ವೇರ್ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಪ್ರತಿವರ್ಷ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಈ ವರ್ಷ 40ರಿಂದ 50 ಪರ್ಸೆಂಟ್ ಕುಸಿದಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆಲ್ಲ ಪರಿಹಾರೋಪಾಯ ಏನು ಅಥವಾ ಯಾರಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ದೇಶ ಎದುರು ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದೆ? ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಷೇರು ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಷೇರು ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಗೂ ಸಂಬಂಧವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ ಬಿಡಿ. ಆದರೂ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 4ರಂದು ನಾಲ್ಕು ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಗೆದ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಹೊರಬಿದ್ದ ಕೂಡಲೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಷೇರು ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಯೇಕೆ 400 ಸೂಚ್ಯಂಕ್ ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆ ಜಿಗಿಯಿತು ಹೇಳಿ? ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 8ರಂದು ವಾಸ್ತವ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಹೊರಬಿದ್ದ ಮೇಲೂ ಸೂಚ್ಯಂಕ ಜಿಗಿದಿದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ರುಪಾಯಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಬಲಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ಏಕೆಂದುಕೊಂಡಿರಿ? ಮುಂದೆ ಮೋದಿ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಒಂದು ದೃಢ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಸಿಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೇ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇವತ್ತು ಒಂದು ಆಶಾಕಿರಣ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದೇ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರಿಂದ. ಮೋದಿಯವರನ್ನು ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಚಾರಾಂದೋಲನ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರನ್ನಾಗಿ, ತದನಂತರ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸುವವರೆಗೂ ಯಾರೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಆಶಾಕಿರಣವಾಗಿ ನೋಡುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆನಂತರ ನೋಡಿದರು ಎಂಬುದಕ್ಕೆ ದಿಲ್ಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಪ್‌ನ ಆರ್ಭಟಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕಡಿವಾಣ ಹಾಕಿರುವುದೇ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ. ಇದನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಭ್ರಮೆಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದಿರುವ ಕೇಜ್ರೀವಾಲರು ಮೋದಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಸುವ ಸುದ್ದಿ ಬಂದಿದೆ!
ಇದೇನೇ ಇರಲಿ, ಅರವಿಂದ ಕೇಜ್ರೀವಾಲರಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ದೇಶದ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಆಶಾಕಿರಣವನ್ನು, ಭವ್ಯ ಭಾರತ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ಕನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ನೋಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವೇ? ಇಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೂ ಕೇಜ್ರೀವಾಲರಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ದೂರದೃಷ್ಟಿ, ಯೋಜನೆ, ಯೋಚನೆಗಳಾದರೂ ಯಾವುವು?
ಇವತ್ತು ಭಾರತದ ಒಟ್ಟು ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 65 ಪರ್ಸೆಟ್ ಜನ 35 ವರ್ಷ ವಯೋವಾನದೊಳಗಿರುವವರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಇವರನ್ನು “ಡೆಮೋಗ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ ಡಿವಿಡೆಂಡ್‌” ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಂದರೆ ಇವರನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಜಾತಂತ್ರದ ಆಸ್ತಿ, ಲಾಭವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು. ಹಾಗೆ ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸಲು ಯುವಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಸದ್ಭಳಕೆ ಮಾಡುವಂಥ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು, ಬಲಿಷ್ಠ ಉದ್ಯಮ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರವನ್ನು, ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಘಟಕಗಳನ್ನ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಬೇಕಲ್ಲವೆ? ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಯಾವುದೇ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. ಬ್ರಿಟನ್, ಜರ್ಮನಿ, ಅಮೆರಿಕ, ಫ್ರಾನ್ಸ್ ಇಂಥ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬಲಿಷ್ಠ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳೂ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯ ನಂತರವೇ ಮುಂದುವರಿದ ದೇಶಗಳೆನಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ಬಡವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಭದ್ರತೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿದ್ದು. ಇವತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯುವಜನತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿದೆಯೆಂದರೆ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ, ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳು ದೊರೆಯುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕಲ್ಲ. ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ನೇರ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನರನ್ನು ಬಹುವಾಗಿ ತಟ್ಟುವ ಬೆಲೆಯೇರಿಕೆಯ ಜತೆಜತೆಗೆ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಪ್ರಗತಿಗೆ ಮಾರಕವಾಗಿದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಹೊಸ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳು, ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಒಂದೆಡೆ ಯುವಜನತೆಯ ಸಂಖ್ಯಾ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಹಾಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಫ್ಟ್‌ವೇರ್ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ರಿಕ್ರೂಟ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ಕುಸಿಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಒಂದೆಡೆ ಪದವೀಧರರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ ಇನ್ನೊಂದೆಡೆ ಪಗಾರ ಕೊಡುವ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಗಳು ಗಣನೀಯವಾಗಿ ಕುಸಿಯುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಮಾತಂತೂ ದೂರದ್ದಾಯಿತು ಬಿಡಿ. ಹಾಗಿರುವಾಗ ದೇಶದ ಅರ್ಥವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸುವ, ಅಪಾರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡುವಂಥ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ತರುವ ಯಾವ ದೂರದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಖಾಸಗೀಕರಣದ ವಿರೋಧಿಯಾದ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಉದ್ದಿಮೆಬೇಕೆನ್ನುವ ಕಮ್ಯೂನಿಸ್ಟ್ ಸಿದ್ಧಾಂತವನ್ನೇ ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸುವ ಕೇಜ್ರೀವಾಲರ ತಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಹೇಳಿ?!
ಕೇಜ್ರೀವಾಲರ ಆಮ್ ಆದ್ಮಿ ಪಾರ್ಟಿಯ ಪ್ರಣಾಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದ್ದೀರಾ?!
ಪುಕ್ಕಟೆ ನೀರು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರಂತೆ, ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಚಾರ್ಜನ್ನು ಅರ್ಧಕ್ಕಿಳಿಸುತ್ತಾರಂತೆ, ತರಕಾರಿ–ದಿನಸಿ ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ಇಳಿಸುತ್ತಾರಂತೆ, ಶಾಲೆ–ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಕಡಿತ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರಂತೆ, ಅಕ್ರಮ ಜೋಪಡಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಕ್ಕು ಪತ್ರ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರಂತೆ, ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ಕಾಲನಿಗಳಿಗೂ ನೀರು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರಂತೆ! ಇಂತಹ ಆಮಿಷಗಳನ್ನು ನಂಬಿಕೊಂಡು ಕೆಳವರ್ಗದವರು ಹಾಗೂ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕುಪಿತರಾಗಿರುವ ಒಂದಷ್ಟು ಜನರು ಉನ್ಮಾದದಿಂದ ಆಪ್‌ಗೆ ವೋಟು ಕೊಟ್ಟು 28 ಸೀಟು ಗೆಲ್ಲಿಸಿರಬಹುದು. ಆದರೆ ಇವು ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡುವ ಯೋಚನೆಗಳೇ? ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ನ ವೋಟು ಕಬಳಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗೂ ಕೇಜ್ರೀವಾಲರ ಘೋಷಣೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಏನು ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವಿದೆ ಹೇಳಿ? 2009ರ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ವೇಳೆ, ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ಮೊದಲ 100 ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಲೆಯೇರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟುತ್ತೇವೆಂದಿದ್ದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನು ಎಂಬುದು ನಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿಲ್ಲವೆ? ಇವೆಲ್ಲ ಹಳೆಯ, ಹಳಸಲು ಕಮ್ಯುನಿಸ್ಟ್ ಯೋಜನೆ, ಯೋಚನೆಗಳು. ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದರೆ ದಿಲ್ಲಿಯ ಅರ್ಥವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಬಂಗಾಳವಾಗಿ ಸಂಬಳ ಕೊಡುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ದುಡ್ಡಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಭಿಕ್ಷಾ ಪಾತ್ರೆ ಹಿಡಿದು ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಕದತಟ್ಟಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಂಥ ಐಡಿಯಾಗಳನ್ನೇ ಕೊಡುವವರನ್ನು ತುಂಬಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಲಹಾ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಸೋನಿಯಾ ಗಾಂಧಿಯವರ ಧೋರಣೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಇವತ್ತು ದೇಶದ ಅರ್ಥವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಏನಾಗಿದೆ, ಜನ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ಗೆ ಕಳೆದ ಭಾನುವಾರ ಯಾವ ಪಾಠ ಕಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿಲ್ಲವೆ?
ಆಪ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತರೆನಿಸಿಕೊಂಡವರು ಇಬ್ಬರು ಮಾತ್ರ–ಅರವಿಂದ ಕೇಜ್ರೀವಾಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ್ ಭೂಷಣ್. ಈ ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ್ ಭೂಷಣ್ ಖಂಡಿತಾ ಒಬ್ಬ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ವಕೀಲ. ಅದು ಟಿವಿ ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳಿರಬಹುದು, ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಅಂಗಳ ಇರಬಹುದು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ವಾದ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಇಲ್ಲಸಲ್ಲದ್ದನ್ನೂ ಕನ್ವಿನ್ಸಿಂಗಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ದೇಶದ ಅರ್ಥವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ದೂರದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿದೆ ಹೇಳಿ? ಯಾವಾಗ ಈ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸುವ ಬಗೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ? ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲೂ ಇಂಥ ದೊಡ್ಡ ದೊಡ್ಡ ವಕೀಲರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಿಬಲ್, ಸಲ್ಮಾನ್ ಖುರ್ಷಿದ್, ಮನೀಶ್ ತಿವಾರಿ ಮುಂತಾದ ಮಹಾನ್ ವಕೀಲ ಮಹಾಶಯರು ಮಾತನಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದರೆ ಮಹಾಮೇಧಾವಿಗಳಂತೆ ಗೋಚರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಇವರೆಂಥ ಖೊಟ್ಟಿ ನಾಯಕರು ಎಂಬುದು ಸಚಿವರಾಗಿ ಇವರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದರೇ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆ?
ಇನ್ನು ಕೇಜ್ರೀವಾಲರ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವುದಾದರೆ, ಈ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಬಾಯಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ ಸಚ್ಚಾಯಿ, ಇಮಾಂದಾರಿ, ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ್ ಎಂದು ಬೊಬ್ಬೆಹೊಡೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಪಾಪುಲಿಸ್ಟ್ ಸ್ಕೀಮ್‌ಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹರಟುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನಿಮಗೆ ದುಬಾರಿ ಕರೆಂಟ್ ಬಿಲ್ ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ, ಯಾರೋ ನುಂಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯೂ ಅನುಮಾನ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಇವರೆಂದೂ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯತ್ತ ಕೊಂಡೊಯ್ಯುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ವಿವರಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಬರೀ ಬೊಗಳೆ. ಇಲ್ಲವಾದರೆ ಅಣ್ಣಾ, ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಹೆಗ್ಡೆ, ಅನುಪಮ್ ಖೇರ್, ಕಿರಣ್ ಬೇಡಿ, ವಿ.ಕೆ. ಸಿಂಗ್ ಮುಂತಾದ ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತರು, ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕರು ಇವರಿಂದ ಏಕೆ ದೂರವಾದರು? ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ್ ಭೂಷಣ್ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರವನ್ನು ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಡಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ, ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನೈಜ ಎಂದು ಸಾಬೀತಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಬಾಟ್ಲಾ ಹೌಸ್ ಎನ್ಕೌಂಟರ್ ನಕಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಇನ್ಸ್‌ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಮೋಹನ್ ಚಂದ್ ಶರ್ಮಾರನ್ನು ಇಲಾಖೆಯವರೇ ಕೊಂದಿದ್ದು ಎಂದು ಕೇಜ್ರೀವಾಲ್ ವಾದಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕೇಜ್ರೀವಾಲ್ ಒಂಥರಾ Loose cannon. ಯಾರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಹೇಳಿ, ಆತ ಕರಪ್ಟ್ ಎಂದು ಬಿಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಮೋದಿಯೂ ಕರಪ್ಟಂತೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸೇ ಮೋದಿಯನ್ನು ಕೋಮುವಾದಿ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತದೆಯೇ ಹೊರತು, ಕರಪ್ಟ್ ಎನ್ನುವ ಧೈರ್ಯ ತೋರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾನೊಬ್ಬನೇ ಸುಭಗ ಎಂಬ ಉನ್ಮಾದ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಒಂದು ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹವಾ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿದ್ದ ವಿ.ಪಿ. ಸಿಂಗ್ ಏನಾದರು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನೂ ನಾವು ನೋಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
ಅದಿರಲಿ, ಆಪ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚಿಸಲು ಏಕೆ ಹಿಂಜರಿಯುತ್ತಿದೆ ಹೇಳಿ?
ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚಿಸಿದರೂ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಮತ ಗಳಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವರ ಬಳಿ ಇರುವುದು 32 ಶಾಸಕರು, ಪಕ್ಷೇತರನೊಬ್ಬ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಿದರೂ ಸರಳ ಬಹುಮತಕ್ಕೆ 3 ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಬೀಳುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬೀಳುತ್ತದೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಬೇಡವೆಂದರೂ ಆಪ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಅದು ಮೈನಾರಿಟಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರವಾಗಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯಬಹುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಯಾರೂ ಬೀಳಿಸುವ ಧೈರ್ಯ ತೋರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೂ ಕೇಜ್ರೀವಾಲ್ ಏಕೆ ಹಿಂದೇಟು ಹಾಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆಂದರೆ ಅವರು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಭರವಸೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಲೋಕಪಾಲವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ ಉಳಿದ ಯಾವುದನ್ನೂ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರುವುದು ಸುಲಭವಲ್ಲ. ಆಗ ಜನರೆದುರು ಬಂಡವಾಳ ಬಯಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಬೊಬ್ಬೆ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡೇ ಇರೋಣ ಎಂಬ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರಷ್ಟೇ. ಗೇಮ್ ಚೇಂಜರ್ ಎಂದು ಡೈರೆಕ್ಟ್ ಕ್ಯಾಶ್ ಟ್ರಾನ್ಸ್‌ಫರ್ ಯೋಜನೆ ತಂದ, ವೋಟ್ ಕ್ಯಾಚರ್ ಎಂದು ಆಹಾರ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಕಾಯಿದೆ ತಂದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಗತಿಯೇನಾಗಿದೆಯೋ ಅದೇ ತನಗೂ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಭಯ ಬಹುಶಃ ಕಾಡುತ್ತಿರಬೇಕು.
ಆಮ್ ಆದ್ಮಿ ಪಾರ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾದ ಒಂದು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಸಂಗತಿಯೆಂದರೆ, ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಭ್ರಷ್ಟರಿಗೆ, ಲಫಂಗರಿಗೆ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಕೊಡುವ ಮೊದಲು ಯೋಚಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು. ಜತೆಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಪಕ್ಷ, ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಹೋದರೆ ಜನ ಸ್ವತಃ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಧುಮುಕುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ಭಯ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಲಿದೆ. ಸದ್ಯ ಅಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಆಪ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೇಜ್ರೀವಾಲ್ ಸೀಮಿತ. ಕಾದು ನೋಡಿ…

I know your way of inclination towards BJP (fond of Modi), but do you think only BJP is the solution for this massacre of truth, loyalty, corruption or mafia of Congress? The preparations in BJP was not up to the mark.This is reflected in the announcement of the C.M,candidate.It is reported that they have lost in a very narrow margin in at least in 6 to 8 constituencies. It is more than the AAP win it is loss of BJP.The strategy that has been adopted by BJP was lack luster.They should have deputed a very strong and shrewd strategist like Mr. Arun jaitely,or Ravi shankar.It is more than winning; it is to see that opponent is defeated by some how or the other.
If it has lost with just 2000 votes, if the BJP candidates had taken another 1000+ votes, he would would have won the election.

The any party which attains power gradually will sustain for a longer period.But it has come to power in the name of ANNa and corruption.More over it has to depend on government of India for its resources.Even AAP gets majority on its own it’s humanly impossible to fulfill all the promises. He is young man in a hurry to capture power in Delhi. It is not like issuing notice to tsx evader governance is much more than this.
I wish he should win and people should be disillusioned . with his assurances.

I support BJP only for Mr. Modi, but as far as my knowledge in recent 4 state elections Its not only Modi factor which brought BJP in power
because in Madhya Pradesh election he had very less role to play, its Shivaraj Singh’s rule which brought him back in power, not only Modi’s wave, otherwise why Mr. Raman Singh’s govt. struggled in 36gadh and even gained 1 seat less compared to last election, in Rajasthan its history that Rajasthan seeing alternative govt.s cong & BJP, yeah but No. of seats that BJP won is due to Modi factor but not only the Modi factor. As far as Delhi is concerned people voted anti cong. not pro BJP, they were not very sure that AAP has ability to form govt. so they voted BJP but if re elections are held then this time AAP will not loose any seat out of 28 there but may snatch seats of BJP & cong. why BJP has not won a single seat in Mizoram?
and in formation of govt. “AAP is going on back foot because the promises it made are not realistic” its little bit childish statement, 2nd thing you told RSS is behind the AAP its good thing then why RSS is not stopping AAP from making such promises?? Slums rehabilitation, its even taking place in Ahemdabad, won’t it gives rise to new slums? and development promises parts is concerned it was Delhi state elections so AAP must have raised Delhi issues in election, when it comes to general elections it may raise national issues like Industrial development,
I feel in Delhi BJP should give unconditional support to AAP, and AAP also should take BJP support instead of cong. because Delhi people have rejected the cong.

I always thought you have a very broad view, but often I see you are showing favoritism towards BJP… I have always been a BJP follower (reason could anything, hatred towards congress, corruption or congress inability of good governance or may be my immense respect towards Vajpayee).
There is couple of points you made in this article which you think has helped AAP win more seats, but they seemed no logic to me
• You are spoke about the 2G scam, common wealth scam and hatred towards congress in whole nation
o I agree all above points are true but are these points helped AAP win those many seats? I don’t believe these points would make any difference to a common voter. If it has, then how is that congress able to get clear majority in Karnataka?
• You think AAP is not ready to come in power as they are scared and all the promise which they have made cannot be fulfilled by them.
o I see many people talking about this point which surprise me. Party/person make promise to voters to win the seat and once the party/person has won the seat why do you think he would be afraid to take the seat?
o AAP has no majority, ppl should stop blaming them or saying that they are scared of power
Indian politics is been corrupt from top to bottom by all the parties (of course there are few good ppl in every party). I believe Arvind is a catalyst for this change and people like “you†should support their course of action which is really important.

it’s really appreciated your patriatism and many of us are inspired by your writings. But when ever you say something negatively about B S Yeddyurappa, you also stand in the line of politicians from our point of view. I do not say that what ever he had done is 100% right(especially his behaviour with MLAs) but as a journalist like you, write that he is the culprit for everything. What about Ananth Kumar and there many members in BJP. I want to ask one question to you, why Mr.Santhosh Hegde mentioned the name of only B S Yeddyurappa in his mining report??? What about the chief ministers before to him???? As everybody knows, mining was not started when Yeddyurappa became the chief minister but he was targetted intentionally.
These issues can be easily understood who track everdays news, you can not play your politics Mr Prathap. If you write openly on every one then it will be appreciated or else you are just doing castism by utilizing your popularity. Please do not incinerate our hope about you young man !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pratap Simha: Very good and detailed analysis…. I was waiting for such an article about the raise of AAP. Yes Kejriwal’s thought process matches with communist thinking. But himself being an IITan [Enginer] he won’t go to the extent what we are seeing in Paschim Bangal. Since AAP has got good youth support they definitely will have plans for creating jobs but not necessarily in Private sector. He may not be able fulfill the promises related to electricity and water supply within few moths, but it seems definitely they have solid plans to tackle it.

I dont understand what kind of hope you can see with the AAP. To be practical, proposals of AAP looks very much similar to our CM’s “Anna Bhagya” which is a very good proposal in deed, but they cannot clarify from where they can collect the resources. If they real mean it, they can take an action to reduce the increasing price of the RIce and other necessary commodities which is very useful, instead they are targeting their vote bank and that too for BPL cards (in which more than 50% of the card holders are influenccial and no where related to Poverty). Similarly AAP is having many attractive proposals like, supplying free water, reducing electricity prices, etc which is highly impossible unless they disclose from where they will componsate the resources for these. Untill and unless they planned for alternate resources for these and simply announcing for the popularity, it will be just an vote bank trick. On the other hand you can see the implementation of the same kind of proposals by alternative resources in Gujarath by Modi which is not announced during elections but achived silently. So whats wrong with that if we hope Modi can change the things??

12 yrs Congress ruled in Captial, BJP couldn’t expose what Congress did and got 32 not even full Majority, don’t you think its shame on BJP. AAP started just year back started and they are fighting for what they planned..they might be wrong or Corrupt or might provide good Administration if they had Majority..so leave them for now , more over your comparing to national party to a small state party.Try to fix the issue in BJP, suggest them how to overcome problems with small party. I am not sure so many ppl blindly accept you thoughts not even do the analysis on what u wrote, why u write , what is proofs you have provided. Man you told u wrote this article in half a day, so for sure we can understand what you have written. Today I read one article on TOI by shoba De on devayani case indian diplomat, she is very light on india n indians n their feeling towards maids. V indians tolerate anythng beyond such cases, it might be insult to our leaders in their airports, insulting our national leaders,cutting sudden jobs to our engineers, making strict regulations, n aiding our rival countries n the list go on….
