STRICT ACTION SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED TO THE INSTITUTIONS AND COLLEGES WHO DOCUMENT THE THINGS IN THE PAPERS WHILE SUBMITTING UNIVERSITIES BUT PRACTICALLY THEY MAY NOT FOLLOW. FOR INSTANCE, TO RUN A B PHARM COURSE, THE COLLEGE SHOULD HAVE 17 TEACHING STAFF, BUT COLLEGES APPOINT 10 STAFF AND REMAINING 7 WILL BE AS DUMMIES ( THEY CALLED DURING AICTE INSPECTION AND, PAID A SMALL REMUNERATION.EX RS10000. BUT ACTUAL ANNUAL SALARY RS 18000O FOR A PERSON, SO THEY SAVE RS170000 ON NAME OF EACH EMPLOY.THEN THINK FOR 7 EMPLOY THEY SHOWN AS DUMMIES. HUGE FRAUD PROFIT FOR SUCH COLLEGE MANAGEMENT).
