Says it will be a fitting tribute to Mysore University on its centenary celebrations
Mysuru, May 13- In the wake of the Union Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi sanctioning an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) campus for Karnataka in the current Union Budget, the Mysuru-Kodagu MP Prathap Simha has written a letter to Narendra Modi and the Ministry of Human Resources Development (HRD) urging them to set up the proposed IIT in Mysuru as it would be a fitting tribute to the University of Mysore, a world class University, which is celebrating its centenary this year.
