ಇಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೂ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರು ಮಾಡಿದ ತಪ್ಪಾದರೂ ಏನು?

ಬಿಎಸ್್ವೈ, A.K.A. (Also known as) ಬೂಕನಕೆರೆ ಸಿದ್ಧಲಿಂಗಪ್ಪ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ಯಾರು? ಈಗ ನೋಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ, ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವವೇ ನಿಜವಾದ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರೇ? ಅವರು ಇಂದು ಆಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹತಾಶೆಯ ಮಾತುಗಳಿಂದ ಅವರನ್ನು ಅಳೆಯಬೇಕೋ ಅಥವಾ ಆ ಮಾತುಗಳ ಹಿಂದಿರುವ ನೋವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ನಿಜವಾದ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಗೋಚರಿಸುತ್ತಾರಾ? ಪಕ್ಷದೊಳಗೇ ಇರುವ ಅಸಹನೀಯ ಮನಸ್ಸುಗಳು, ಅವರ ಏಳಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸದ ಅತೃಪ್ತ ಆತ್ಮಗಳು ಅವರನ್ನು ಹೀಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದವಾ? ಅವರು ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟರಾ ಅಥವಾ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಭ್ರಷ್ಟರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿತಾ? ಅವರು ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಕೈಗೊಂಬೆಯಾಗಿ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾದುದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರಾ? ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರು ಹೀಗೇ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವ ಮೊದಲು ಅವರಿದ್ದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಎಂಥದ್ದು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನೂ ನೋಡಬೇಡವೇ? ಆಪರೇಷನ್ ಕಮಲಕ್ಕೆ ಆರ್್ಎಸ್್ಎಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲವೆ?

ಅಥವಾ

ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಎಂಬ ಪಕ್ಷ ಮಾಡಿದ ಸಾಂಘಿಕ ತಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಬಲಿಯಾದರೆ ಬಿಎಸ್್ವೈ? ಇವೆಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಹುಡುಕದೇ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರನ್ನು ಭ್ರಷ್ಟರು, ಅವರಿಂದಾಗಿಯೇ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬಂತು, ಪಕ್ಷ ಹಾಳಾಗುವತ್ತ ಸಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಷರಾ ಬರೆದುಬಿಡುವುದು ಸರಿಯೇ? ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆಲ್ಲಾ ಶನೇಶ್ಚರ ಕಾರಣ ಎಂಬಂತೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಪಾಪಕ್ಕೆಲ್ಲ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರೇ ಕಾರಣವೇ?

ಇಲ್ಲವೆನ್ನುವುದಾದರೆ…

ಈ ಎರಡು ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒಮ್ಮೆ ನೆನಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. 2008, ಮೇ 25ರಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಘೋಷಣೆಯಾದಾಗ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ 110 ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಗೆದ್ದರೂ ಆತಂಕದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಯಿತು. 80 ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗೆದ್ದಿದ್ದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ 28 ಸೀಟು ಗೆದ್ದಿದ್ದ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್  ಸೇರಿ (108 ಸೀಟು) ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚಿಸುವ ಅಪಾಯ ಎದುರಾಯಿತು. ಅಂತಹ ಆತಂಕಕಾರಿ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ 6 ಪಕ್ಷೇತರರ ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೋ ನಿಜ. ಆದರೆ ಪಕ್ಷೇತರರಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುತೇಕರು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಬಂಡಾಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳೇ ಆಗಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಆಮಿಷ ತೋರಿದರೆ ಮೂಲ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ ಮರಳುವ ಭಯ ಇದ್ದೇ ಇತ್ತು. ಆರು ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಐವರಿಗೆ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಪದವಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೂ ಆ ಆತಂಕ ದೂರವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆಗ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಪ್ರಜಾತಂತ್ರದ ಮೂಲ ಆಶಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಡಲಿಯೇಟು ಹಾಕಿ ಆಪರೇಷನ್ ಕಮಲಕ್ಕೆ ಕೈಹಾಕಿದರು. ಒಬ್ಬೊಬ್ಬ ಶಾಸಕನನ್ನು ಎಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬರಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಐದಾರು ಕೋಟಿ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು. ಮರು ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗೆಲ್ಲಿಸಲು 15-20 ಕೋಟಿ ವ್ಯಯಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿ ಬಂತು. ಹನ್ನೊಂದು ಶಾಸಕರನ್ನು ಕರೆತರಲು, ಗೆಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಮಾಡಿದ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಎಷ್ಟಾಗಿರಬಹುದು ಯೋಚಿಸಿ? ಇಷ್ಟೊಂದು ಹಣ ಎಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಬರಬೇಕು? ಬೇರೆ ದಾರಿ ಇತ್ತೆ? ಹಾಗೆ ಹೊಂದಿಸುವುದಾದರೂ ಎಲ್ಲಿಂದ? ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸುಲಭ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರಳ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಡಿನೋಟಿಫಿಕೇಶನ್! ಅದು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಕುತ್ತು ತರುವಂಥ ಕಂಟಕವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಣಮಿಸಿದ್ದು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ, ಇತ್ತ ಬಹುಮತಕ್ಕೆ 3 ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳು ಕೊರತೆ ಬಿದ್ದ ಏಕೈಕ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಮೊದಲ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರವನ್ನೇ ಒಡಲಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಜನಿಸುವಂತಾಯಿತು. ಮೋದಿ ಮಾದರಿಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ನೀಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದೆಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕವಾಗಿಯೇ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರು, ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಚಾರದ ಕೂಪಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿದ್ದರು. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಗಮನಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಅಂಶವೇನೆಂದರೆ, ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದ ಆಪರೇಷನ್ ಕಮಲಕ್ಕೆ ಫಂಡ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇ ರೆಡ್ಡಿಗಳು ಎಂಬ ಮಾತು ಕೇಳಿ ಬಂತು, ಜತೆಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಮ್ಮ ತಾಳಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಕುಣಿಯಬೇಕು ಎಂಬಂತೆ ರೆಡ್ಡಿಗಳೂ ವರ್ತಿಸಲಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ, ವರ್ಚಸ್ಸು, ಜಾತಿ ಮತಗಳ ಧ್ರುವೀಕರಣ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೂ ಒಂದು ಅವಕಾಶ ಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಮತದಾರನ ಇಂಗಿತ, ದೇವೇಗೌಡರ ದ್ರೋಹಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿತಾದರೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದಿದ್ದೇ ನಾವು ಎಂಬಂತೆ ರೆಡ್ಡಿಗಳು ಬೀಗಲಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ, ರೆಡ್ಡಿಗಳು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗೇ ಸಡ್ಡು ಹೊಡೆಯುವ, ತಮ್ಮ ಮೂಗಿನ ನೇರಕ್ಕೆ ವರ್ತಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವ ತಾಕತ್ತು ತಮಗಿದೆಯೆಂಬಂತೆ ದರ್ಪ ತೋರಲಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಮೊದಲ ಆಪರೇಷನ್ ಕಮಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಳೆದು ತಂದ ಶಾಸಕರನ್ನೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಹಿಡಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡರು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಬಾಹ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಂತರಿಕ ಶತ್ರುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಟ್ಟಹಾಕಲು ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರು ಎರಡನೇ ಹಂತದ ಆಪರೇಷನ್ ಕಮಲಕ್ಕೆ ಕೈಹಾಕಿದರು. ಜಾತಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನೇ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಎಳೆದು ತಂದು ಕುರ್ಚಿ ಗಟ್ಟಿಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಹೊರಟರು. ಜತೆಗೆ ರೆಡ್ಡಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ದುಡ್ಡು ದರ್ಪ ತಂದುಕೊಟ್ಟಿತ್ತೋ ಆ ದರ್ಪಕ್ಕೆ ದುಡ್ಡು ಗಳಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಲು ಹೊರಟರು. ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಒಳಿತಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕನಸು ಕಂಡಿದ್ದ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರು ಜನಪರ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕುರ್ಚಿ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೇ ಹೆಣಗಬೇಕಾದ ದೈನೇಸಿ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ತಲುಪಿದರು!

ಹಾಗಂತ ರೆಡ್ಡಿಗಳ ಉಪಟಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಕಡಿವಾಣ ಹಾಕಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿರಲಿಲ್ಲವೆ?

ಆ ಮೂಲಕ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರ ಆತಂಕ, ತಲೆನೋವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಿ, ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ಕೊಡಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲವೆ? ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರೆ, ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಒಂದಿಷ್ಟು ಕಾಳಜಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರು ಖುಷಿಯಿಂದಲೇ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲವೆ? ಆದರೆ ಯಾಕೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ನಾಯಕರು ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರ ಬೆಂಬಲಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಲಿಲ್ಲ? ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಿಧಿಗೆ ಜೋಳಿಗೆ ಹಿಡಿದು ಬರುವುದು, ಬಂಡಾಯ ಎದ್ದಾಗ ಧರ್ಮೇಂದ್ರ ಪ್ರಧಾನ್ ಎಂಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ದೌಡಾಯಿಸುವುದು ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ ಬೇರೇನನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು? ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ತಮ್ಮ ಮೊದಲ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಪಕ್ಷದೊಳಗಿರುವವರೇ ಕುತ್ತು ತರಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸಿದಾಗ ಅಂಥವರ ಕುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹಿಡಿದು ಬುದ್ಧಿ ಹೇಳುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಯಾಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ? ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ರೆಡ್ಡಿಗಳು ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸವಾರಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಮೂಲ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ ಯಾರಾಗಿದ್ದರು?

ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಸ್ವರಾಜ್!

ಈ ರೆಡ್ಡಿಗಳ ಉಪಟಳ ತಾಳಲಾರದೆ ಕೊನೆಗೂ ಅವರ ಆರ್ಭಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕಡಿವಾಣ ಹಾಕಲು ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರು ಮುಂದಾದರು. 2008ರಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಂಟಾಗಿದ್ದ ನೆರೆಯಿಂದ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರಾಗಿದ್ದವರ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಅದಿರು ಲಾರಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಾವಿರ ರೂ. ಸೆಸ್ ಹಾಕಲು ಮುಂದಾದರು. ಹಾಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇ ತಡ, ಜನಾರ್ದನ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕವಾಗಿ ಟೀಕಿಸಿದರು. ಅಷ್ಟು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ, ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣದಲ್ಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದುಬಿಟ್ಟರು. ಇತ್ತ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರು ತಮ್ಮ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕ್ಯಾಬಿನೆಟ್ ಅಂಗೀಕಾರ ಪಡೆಯುವಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾದರೂ 2009, ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 25ರಂದು ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣಿ ಮಾಲೀಕರ ಸಭೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿದ ಜನಾರ್ದನ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ, ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವನ್ನು ಒಕ್ಕೊರಲಿನಿಂದ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಭಾರತದ ಮೊದಲ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ 18 ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲೇ ಪತನವಾಗುವತ್ತ ಸಾಗಿತು. ದೆಹಲಿಯಿಂದ ಅರುಣ್ ಜೇಟ್ಲಿ, ನಂತರ ವೆಂಕಯ್ಯನಾಯ್ಡು, ರಾಜನಾಥ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ದೌಡಾಯಸಿದರೂ ಉಪಯೋಗವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರ ಮುಖ ನೋಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ರೆಡ್ಡಿ-ರಾಮುಲು ಉದ್ಧಟತನದ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಇಷ್ಟೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ-ರಾಮುಲು ಅವರ ದತ್ತು ತಾಯಿ ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಸ್ವರಾಜ್ ಮುಗಮ್ಮಾಗಿ ಕುಳಿತಿದ್ದರು! ಕೊನೆಗೂ ರಂಗಪ್ರವೇಶ ಮಾಡಿದ ‘ತಾಯಿ ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಸ್ವರಾಜ್್’ ನವೆಂಬರ್ 9ರಂದು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಿದರು. ಯಾವ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯ ಮುಖ ನೋಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದಿದ್ದರೋ ಅದೇ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರ ಜತೆ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ-ರಾಮುಲು ಕೈ ಕೈ ಹಿಡಿದು ಪೋಸು ಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಎಂಥ ಮಾತೃಪ್ರೇಮ! ಈಕೆ ವರಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀ ಪೂಜೆಗೆ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವುದು ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀಯನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡೊಯ್ಯಲು ಎಂದು ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಮಾಡಿದ ವ್ಯಂಗ್ಯ ವಾಸ್ತವಕ್ಕಿಂತ ದೂರವೇನೂ ಆಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಅಲ್ಲವೆ?

ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ಎರಡನೇ ವರ್ಷದ ಸಮಾರಂಭ ಅರಮನೆ ಮೈದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜನೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾಗ ತಾಯಿ ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಸ್ವರಾಜ್ ಹಾಡಿಹೊಗಳಿದ್ದು ಯಾರನ್ನ? ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮುಲು ಜತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದಾಗ 108ಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತೇನೆ, ಈ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು ಜನಾರ್ದನ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕರುಣಾಕರ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಎಂದೆಲ್ಲ ತನ್ನ ದತ್ತು ಪುತ್ರರನ್ನು ಹೊಗಳಿ ಹೋದರೇ ಹೊರತು ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಜನಪರ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರೂ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಒಂದೂ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಮಾತನಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ! ಇಂಥ ಘಟನೆಗಳು ನಡೆದಾಗ ಸಹಜವಾಗಿಯೇ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತಿದ್ದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಆತಂಕಕ್ಕೊಳಗಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆ? ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅನ್ನೋ ಸ್ಥಾನದ ಘನತೆಯನ್ನು ಮೊದಲು ಕುಂದಿಸಿದ್ದೇ ಈ ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಸ್ವರಾಜರ ದತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳಾದ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ-ರಾಮುಲು.

ಒಮ್ಮೊಮ್ಮೆ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರು ದುರಂತ ನಾಯಕರಂತೆ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಾರೆ!

ಒಂದೆಡೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ನಾಯಕಿ ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಸ್ವರಾಜ್ ರೆಡ್ಡಿಗಳ ಬೆಂಗಾವಲಿಗೆ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದರೆ, ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬ ಮೇರು ನಾಯಕರಾದ ಲಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ ಆಡ್ವಾಣಿಯವರನ್ನು ಅನಂತಕುಮಾರ್ ತಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಕಳೆದ ಸಲ ಗಣಿ ಕಳಂಕಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆದರಿ ದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲೇ ಕುಳಿತ ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಬದಲು ವರಮಹಾಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀ ಪೂಜೆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಗೆ ಬಂದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ನಿತಿನ್ ಗಡ್ಕರಿ, ರೆಡ್ಡಿಗಳಿಂದ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಖಡ್ಗ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದರು! ಇವೆಲ್ಲ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರಿಗೆ ಎಷ್ಟು ಬೇಸರ, ಆತಂಕ ತಂದಿರಬೇಕು ಹೇಳಿ? ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ರೆಡ್ಡಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ, ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ, ಅನಂತಕುಮಾರ್ ಕೂಡ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರ ಕಾಲೆಳೆದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಲು ಹವಣಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದವರೇ ಆಗಿದ್ದರು. ದೇವೇಗೌಡ ಹಾಗೂ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿಯವರಂತೂ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಬೀಳಿಸುವುದೇ ತಮ್ಮ ಏಕಮಾತ್ರ ಗುರಿಯೆಂಬಂತೆ ವರ್ತಿಸಲಾರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದರು.ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯೊಳಗೇ ಇದ್ದ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರ ವಿರೋಧಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಆಂತರಿಕ ದೌರ್ಬಲ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅರಿತಿದ್ದ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ವಿಧಾನಮಂಡಲದ ಒಂದು ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನೂ ಸುಸೂತ್ರವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಲು ಬಿಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಸದಾನಂದಗೌಡರು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾದ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಎಲ್ಲ ಅಧಿವೇಶನಗಳೂ ಸರಾಗವಾಗಿ ನಡೆದವು, ಇಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಮರ್ಮ ಅಡಗಿಲ್ಲವೆ? ಅದರ ಜತೆಗೆ ನೀನೇ ಸಾಕಿದಾ ಗಿಣಿ, ಹದ್ದಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನೇ ಕುಕ್ಕಿತಲ್ಲೋ ಎನ್ನುವಂತೆ ಸದಾನಂದಗೌಡರು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೇರಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಋಣ ಮರೆತಿದ್ದು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ, ಸಭೆ-ಸಮಾರಂಭಗಳಲೆಲ್ಲ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರನ್ನು ಕುಟುಕಲು, ಅಣಕಿಸಲು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಹೀಗೆ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ತುಂಬಾ ಹೊಡೆತ ತಿಂದರು. ಇವು ಸಾಲದೆಂಬಂತೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪಕ್ಷಪಾತಿ, ಉಪದ್ರವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನೊಬ್ಬ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರನ್ನು ಕಾಡಿದರು. ಈ ಮಧ್ಯೆ, ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಹೆಗ್ಡೆಯವರು ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ಇತ್ತಾಗ, ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರು ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡದೇ ಅವರು ಹೋದರೇ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು ಎಂಬ ಸಂದೇಶ ಮುಟ್ಟಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಮಧ್ಯ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದ ಆಡ್ವಾಣಿಯವರು ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಹೆಗ್ಡೆ ಪುನರಾಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ದಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಅದು ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರ ಪಾಲಿಗೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಮುಳುವಾಯಿತು!

ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರು ಜಾತಿ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ಮಾಡಿದರು, ಜಾತಿಯನ್ನೇ ದಾಳವಾಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು ಎಂಬ ಟೀಕೆ ತಪ್ಪಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಜಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಅವರು ಗುರಾಣಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ಅಭದ್ರತೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಬರಲು, ಪಕ್ಷದೊಳಗೆ ಇದ್ದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಪದವಿ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳ ಪಿತೂರಿಯನ್ನು ಮಟ್ಟಹಾಕಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ನಾಯಕರು ಅತಿರೇಕದ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದನ್ನು ತಡೆಯುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿಯಷ್ಟೆ! ಹಾಗೆ ನೋಡಿದರೆ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರಿಂದ ಲಿಂಗಾಯತರು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ ಎಲ್ಲ ಜಾತಿಯವರೂ, ಜಾತಿ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳೂ, ಮಠಗಳೂ ಲಾಭ ಪಡೆದಿವೆ. ಕನಕ ಜಯಂತಿ, ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಜಯಂತಿಗೆ ರಜಾ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರು. ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗ, ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಗಳೂ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರಿಂದ ಬಹುವಾಗಿಯೇ ಉಪಕೃತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಷ್ಟಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಲಿಂಗಾಯತರು ಬೆಂಬಲಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಂತರು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ, ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರು ಎಲ್ಲ ಜಾತಿ, ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮನಾಗಿ ಕಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಹಾಗಂತ…

ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೆಲ್ಲ ಸರಿ, ಅವರು ಮಾಡಿದ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರವೂ ತಪ್ಪಲ್ಲ, ಅವರು ಸುಭಗ ಎಂದು ಖಂಡಿತಾ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರಿಗೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್, ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್್ನವರಂತೆ ಚಾಣಾಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಹಣ ಹೊಡೆಯಲು ಬರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಅಷ್ಟೇ. ಇನ್ನು ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರು ಯಾರೂ ಮಾಡದ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನೇನನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರು ರಾಚೇನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಸಮೀಪ ಮಾಡಿದ ಭೂಮಿ ಖರೀದಿ-ಮಾರಾಟ ವ್ಯವಹಾರದಂಥದ್ದೇ ಖದೀಮ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಸೋನಿಯಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಅಳಿಯ ರಾಬರ್ಟ್ ವಾದ್ರಾ ಕೂಡ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರೊಬ್ಬರನ್ನೇ ಬಲಿಪಶು ಮಾಡುವುದು ತಪ್ಪು. ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರನ್ನು ಭ್ರಷ್ಟ ಎನ್ನುವವರು ಮೊದಲು, ದೇವೇಗೌಡರು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸುವ ಹಾಸನ, ಎಸ್.ಎಂ. ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸಿದ ಮದ್ದೂರು, ಖರ್ಗೆ-ಧರ್ಮಸಿಂಗ್ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸುವ ಗುರುಮಿಟ್ಕಲ್, ಜೇವರ್ಗಿ, ಜೆ.ಎಚ್. ಪಟೇಲರು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸಿದ್ದ ಚನ್ನಗಿರಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಬರಬೇಕು. ಆಮೇಲೆ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಮಗ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸುವ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ಕೊಡಿ. ಇವಿಷ್ಟೂ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎದ್ದು ಕಾಣುವ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದು ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಗರೂ ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತಾರೆ!

ಇನ್ನು ಈಗ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರ ಮನವೊಲಿಸಿ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲೇ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ನಾಯಕರ ಮನವೊಲಿಸಲು ಹೊರಟಿರುವ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ನೇತಾರರು ಹಿಂದೆ ತಾವೇ ಮಾಡಿದ ಖಳನಾಯಕ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಮೊದಲು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದೊಳಿತು. ಇವರೆಲ್ಲ ಏಕೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಧಾವಿಸಿದರೆಂದರೆ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕಥೆ ಏನಾಗುತ್ತದೆ, ಈ ನಾಯಕ ಶಿಖಾಮಣಿಗಳ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ತಾಕತ್ತು ಎಷ್ಟು ಎಂಬುದು ಜ್ಞಾನೋದಯವಾದಂತಿದೆ. ಇಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೂ ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ, ಸದಾನಂದಗೌಡ, ಅನಂತಕುಮಾರರನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಹೋದರೆ ಯಾರುತಾನೇ ವೋಟು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರೆ? ವಸ್ತುಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಹೀಗಿರುವಾಗ ಗಡ್ಕರಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟ ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಎಂಬುದು ಅನುಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಆಸ್ಪದವೇ ಇಲ್ಲದಂತೆ ಸಾಬೀತಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಗದ್ದುಗೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ನಾಯಕರು ಎಚ್ಚೆತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು, ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರ ಅಳಲನ್ನೂ ಕೇಳಿ ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಧೂಳೀಪಟವಾಗುವುದು ನಿಶ್ಚಿತ. ಇಷ್ಟಾಗಿಯೂ ಹೊರಗಡೆಯವರನ್ನು ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದು ಹಣ, ಹೆಂಡ ಹಂಚಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಪಕ್ಷ ಹಾಳಾಯಿತು ಎಂದು ಹಳಹಳಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪನವರು ಅದರ ನಿಜವಾದ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಯಲ್ಲವೆ? ಅವರು ಇಂದು ಏರಿರುವ ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಗಾದಿ ಆಪರೇಷನ್ ಕಮಲದ ಫಲವೇ ಅಲ್ಲವೆ? ಇತ್ತ ಈ ಶೆಟ್ಟರನ್ನು ಯಾರಾದರೂ ‘ನಮ್ಮ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ’ ಎಂದು ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಪಡುವಂತಿದೆಯೇ ಹೇಳಿ? ಎಲ್ಲ ದೌರ್ಬಲ್ಯಗಳ ಹೊರತಾಗಿಯೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ವರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಬಗ್ಗಿಸಲು, ಅವರಿಂದ ಕೆಲಸ ತೆಗೆಯಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಎದೆಗುಂದಿರುವ ಇಂಥ ಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವುದೂ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರಂಥ ಗಟ್ಟಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವವೇ. ಅವರನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾಶವಾಗುವುದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯೇ!

    Yeah totally all people of karnataka know d truth behind BSY from this article… He developed karnataka by doing some projects about handicapt ,old people etc..
    The hicommond should solve d problem here… Otherwise there is no future for BJP & KJP in south india…

    If not for anything, due to incubancy factor, BJP won’t come to power and there’s no use of BSY to be in BJP !

    This article of your’s really disappointed me for 1st time. Even the murderer,Terrorists have their own reasons for their deeds. A real leader is the one,who over comes such reasons and circumstance. I’m surprised/confused with your point of view. Please dont favor such personalities,It is very well known fact that,BJP government is the best combination of corruption and inefficiency in karnataka’s history. I want to make one thing clear,I’m not saying any one is better than any one. All are corrupted,but BJP government reached iths heights in all sorts of anti-society activities. Most of the MLA’s spent their majority of time in getting rebels,occupying resorts. First time in karnataka’s history,any minister was involved in rape.
    Just because, yedyurappa helped in bringing karnataka BJP to power,it doesn mean he has to be tolerated to all of his worst deeds. Caste politics reached it’s heights.
    For the 1st time, i’m strongly disagreeing with you. As a person,who voted for BJP in all elections,i’m disappointed to the core with Karnataka BJP. Please dont write such article,that too regarding such opportunists.

    He is not so innocent so you say. You have not disclosed facts about his mistakes, selfishness and other things which he should only be dictator of party in karnataka. You have not answered the some questions which are in minds of common man.
    At the very first day of his tenure why did he sideline Mr. Shettar by making him a speaker?
    Why did give MP seat to Mr. Raghavendra in Shimoga though the party has objected the dynasty rule ?
    Why did he give minister seat to Mr. Somanna though he has lost by-elctetion?
    Why did he allow his son to put hand in all dealings like other parties ?
    why did he reelct as MLC of other old party leaders who are unfortunately defeated in recent elections like pramila nesargi, Araga Jnanendra and others
    Recent Somanna so big in his eyes than 20 years Shankaralinge Gowda ?

    It is clear from this he is so selfish. If he goes out the party, BJP may spoil. But even he will also not succeed in it. It is common for all parties when one of the leader goes out. eg Bangarappa from Congress, Kalyan Singh from BJP etc. Somewhere you have justified corruption by comparing with Robert Vodera. If Congress is doing that practice, should BJP also do so ?. That state has not come yet for BJP. I DONT WANT TO SEE IN BJP selfish PEOPLE LIKE HIM. It is applicable to Mr. Gadkari also. The whole and sole agenda of d.gowda family was to dethrone yeddi. From the day one of yeddi’s assuming the cm chair, these d family people kept on hatching tricks and plans to dethrone yeddi and ultimately kummi achieved his goal. damn.

    When Devegowda and kummi were ruling this state they looted karnataka than anybody by involving all their family members including in-laws. besides he brought all their own community officials in the network to assist looting. when the state and country are suffering from serious calamities d gowda concentrated only on Nice-fighting as he has enormous benami lands in that area. Really it is shame on karnataka to have this family(Political?)party fighting for their own interests and never fought for karnataka.     d.gowda family is most corrupt and they don’t leave a small farmer to make use of benefits from government. the benefits like IRDP which are meant for poor farmers are being grabbed by them. One best example in this regard is this Mr. Revanna has grabbed IRDP loan with subsidy in the State Bank at Holenarasipur and has become a DEFAULTER!!! till today he has not refunded the loan to the bank.

    Writing about Yadyurappa.. I dont think BJP got into power in Karnataka because of Yadyurappa. BJP came to power because of the mercy of the people as Kumarswami betrayed BJP. BSY was only a symbol, it was not him who worked for the success of BJP. Else, it would not have taken him from 1988(when he became the state president of BJP) till 2008 to bring the BJP into power. He worked for his own benefits once he became the CM. People’s memory is so short, now a days the media is projecting BSY as a leader who made BJP to come to power, but he is not! just not!

    I have analyzed the Karnataka Politics and really agree with your points.
    Such articles are required for us to understand the facts. JDS and Congress who claim BSY as corrupt, are 100 times more corrupt, which we all know. And i had personally been to shimoga and seen the developments. Admist so many obstacles, BSY had given many good programmes, i wish BSY had got complete majority. Amongst the current Cheif minsterial candidates – Siddarammiah, Kumaraswamy ( Most Corrupt politicians of karnataka), Sadananda Gowda( Comedian , not a politicain at all), Shettar(Manmohan Part 2) , BSY is the best it seems..

    Nice article sir. Each sentence in the above article is 200% true. I totally accept it. Some people have commented that even BSY is corrupt then why are you supporting him?
    Here are some reasons to support BSY even though he is corrupt:

    1. new Flyover in Bengaluru i.e. from Nelamangala to Majestic which reduces journey time to 20 minutes. Before the flyover was built it was near to 1 hour.

    2. He sanctioned INR 5 crore for Kanthirava Stadium renovation

    3. First time in history, he has introduced Agricultural Budget

    4. Free power up to 10HP to farmers.

    5. He extended retire age to 60 for all government servants.

    6. Sanctioned INR 100 Crore for road development in Belgaum

    7. First time in the history of Karnataka, he organized Vishwa Kannada Sammelana in Belgaum and increased domination of Kannada people in border region.

    8. Completed the construction of Suvarn Soudha in Belgaum in his period.

    9. He introduced Bhagya Lakshmi plan and made it more effective.

    10. He has introduced 108 Emergency service which saves many lives till now. Even though the idea was copied from neighbouring state, he implemented it.

    11. He has announced govt. holiday for valmiki jayanti.

    12. Introduced Jana Spandana Karyakrama, which is not in function in now.

    These are only few notable. There are many good works as all of you know.
    I totally that he alone didn’t do it. But in his leadership all these things have happened, which clearly indicates the sign of development without considering a single caste or religion.

    And one last point: “ALL POLITICIANS ARE CORRUPTED. BUT THEY DON’T GIVE IMPORTANCE TO DEVELOPMENT”.

    ನಮ್ಮ ಪೂರ್ವಜರು ಹೇಳಿರುವಂತೆ “ಮಾತು ಆಡಿದರೆ ಹೋಯಿತು ಮುತ್ತು ಒಡೆದರೆ ಹೋಯಿತು ” ಎಂಬ ಗಾದೆ ಮಾತು ಇದೆ ಇನ್ನು ಮಾತಾಡುವದಕ್ಕು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕು ಬಹಳ ಅಂತರವಿದೆ ಎಲ್ಲರು ಮಾತಾಡಬಹುದು ಆದರೆ ಆಡಿದಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿ ತೋರಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯವಿದೆಯಲ್ಲಾ ಅದು ತುಂಬಾ ಜಠಿಲವಾದ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

    ಉತ್ತರ ಭಾತರವು ಅನೇಕ ಮಾಹಾನ್ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ತಾಣವಾಗಿದೆ , ಅನೇಕ ಯೋಧರಿಗೆ ಜನ್ಮ ನೀಡಿದೆ , ಬಸವಾದಿ ಶರಣರು ಹುಟ್ಟಿ ಬೆಳೆದ ಈ ನಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಳ ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕೆ ಬಾರದೆ ಬರಿ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷ್ಯದಲ್ಲೆ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಭಾರತೀಯ ಜನತಾ ಪಕ್ಷ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮತದಾರ ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿಯು ಒಂದು ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಬರಲಿ ಎನ್ನುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಪಕ್ಷ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಅವಕಾಶದ ಸುರಿಮಳೆ ಹರಿಸಿದರು ಯಾವಾಗ ಈ ಸದವಕಾಶ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿತೊ ಅವಾಗಿನಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು ಈ ಬಿ.ಜೆ.ಪಿ. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪ್ರಲಾಪ ಅವರ ಕಾರ್ಯವೈಖರಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲರು ನಾಚುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿತು. ಒಂದು ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿ.ಜೆ.ಪಿ. ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಎಷ್ಟು ಮೂಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿತ್ತೊ ಅಷ್ಟೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬಂತು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಬಾಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲ್ಲಾ ಹಲ್ಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಳಿಯಿತು.

    ಸಂವಿಧಾನದಲ್ಲೆ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಎರಡು ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳು.
    ಸಧನದ ಕಲಾಪ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲೆ ಜಗದ ಜನತೆಯ ಚಿಂತೆ ಮರೆತು ಬ್ಲೂಫಿಲ್ಮ ನೋಡಿದ ಸರ್ದಾರರು 60 ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲೇ ಪ್ರಥಮ.
    ರೈತನ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಣೆಮಾಡಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಹಿಡಿದು ಕೊನೆಗೆ ರೈತರನ್ನೆ ಗುಂಡಿಕ್ಕಿ ಕೊಂದಿದ್ದು 60 ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲೇ ಪ್ರಥಮ.
    ಒಬ್ಬ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸ್ವತ: ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇರುವಾಗಲೆ ಭೂಕಬಳಿಕೆ ಹಗರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕು ಜೈಲು ಸೇರಿದ್ದು 60 ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲೇ ಪ್ರಥಮ. ಉದಾಹರಣೆ ಗೊತ್ತೆಯಿದೆಯಲ್ಲಾ ಸರ್.
    ತಮ್ಮದೆ ಆದ ಶಾಸಕರು ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಉರುಳಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಬೇರೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸೇರಿದ್ದು 60 ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲೇ ಪ್ರಥಮ.
    ಒಬ್ಬ ದಿಟ್ಟ, ಜನಮೆಚ್ಚಿದ, ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ವಿರೋಧಿ, ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯನ್ನು ಕಾರಣವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಕಿತ್ತೆಸೆದ ಬಿ.ಜೆ.ಪಿ. ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ 60 ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲೇ ಪ್ರಥಮ.
    ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯಾ ಸೇವಾಸಂಘದ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಿಮೋಟ್ಕಂಟ್ರೋಲ್ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಬಿ.ಜೆ.ಪಿ. ಸರ್ಕಾರ 60 ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲೇ ಪ್ರಥಮ.
    ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಬಿ.ಜೆ.ಪಿ. ವರಿಷ್ಠರನ್ನು ನಡುಗಿಸಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಚುಕ್ಕಾಣಿ ಹಿಡಿದ ಒಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ 60 ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲೇ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಹೆಸರು ಗೊತ್ತೆಯಿದೆ.
    ತನ್ನ ಆರು ಅಂಗ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಏಳು ಮಂದಿ ನಾಯಕರಿಗೆ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಂದಾಜು 50 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಬೆಲೆ ಬಾಳುವ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದು 60 ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲೇ ಪ್ರಥಮ.
    ಚೆಲ್ಲಾಪಿಲ್ಲೆಯಾಗಿ ಹರಡಿರುವ ಭ್ರಷ್ಠಾಚಾರ 60 ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲೇ ಪ್ರಥಮ.
    ದೇಶದ ಎದುರು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನತೆ ತಲೆತಗ್ಗಿಸುವಂತೆ ಹೊರತಂದಿರುವ ಆಪರೇಷನ್ಕಮಲ 60 ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲೇ ಪ್ರಥಮ.
    ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದ ಸಚಿವರೊಬ್ಬರು ಸ್ನೇಹಿತನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅನೈತಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ 60 ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲೇ ಪ್ರಥಮ.
    ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಸಚಿವರೊಬ್ಬರು ನರ್ಸ್ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಓಪನ್ಕಿಸ್ 60 ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲೇ ಪ್ರಥಮ.

    ಇಂತಹ ಹಲವು ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಳೆದ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಮೋಸಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆಳುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಕೆಲಸವಾಗಿಲ್ಲಾ ಎಂದರೆ ತಪ್ಪಾದೀತು ಅನೇಕ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಕೆಲಸಗಳು ಆಗಿವೆ ನಿಜಾ ಆದರೆ ಇವರು ಮಾಡಿದ ಅನೇಕ ತಪ್ಪುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲವು ಮುಚ್ಚಿ ಹೋಗಿದೆ ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಯಾವ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಮಾಡದೆ ಇರುವ ಅನೇಕ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಕೆಲಸವು ಬಿ.ಜೆ.ಪಿ. ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿದೆ ಆದರೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಅವರು ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳವು ರೀತಿನೀತಿಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಕೆಂಗಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾದವು.

    ಇನ್ನು ನಾವು ಮತದಾರರು ಎಂತಹ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞಾವಂತರು ಎಂದು ಅರಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಈ ನಡುವೆ ಇಂತಹ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಬಿಸಿ ಆರದೆ ಇರುವಾಗಲೆ ನಡೆದ ಪಧವಿದರರ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯೆ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಉದಾಹರಣೆ ಎನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಆ ಲೆಕ್ಕಾಚಾರವೆ ಬುಡಮೇಲಾಯಿತು ಮತ್ತೆ ಬಿ.ಜೆ.ಪಿ ಯೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂತು.

    ಇನ್ನುಸ್ವಲ್ಪೆದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಘನವೆತ್ತ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನೆ ನಾವು ಬಹುಮತದಿಂದ ಆರಿಸಿತಂದರೆ ನಾವೆಂತಹ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞಾವಂತ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಎಂಬುವುದು ಅರ್ಥವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಮುಂಬರುವ ಚಿನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಾದರು ನಾವೆಲ್ಲ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದೆ ಆಮಿಷಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗದೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಅಮುಲ್ಯವಾದ ಮತ ಯಾರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುವುದು ಅರೆತು ನೀಡಿದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಹಲವು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಬಗೆಹರಿದಾವು ಎಂದೆನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞಾವಂತ ಮತದಾರರೆಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿ ಹೀಗೊಮ್ಮೆ ಯೋಚಿಸಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅಮುಲ್ಯವಾದ ಮತ ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ.

    by this article you have cleared that BYS is not a perfect leader , he dont know how to handle his MLA’s itself then how can he handle the whole state and moreover his ego plays more role here . and in one paragraph you have mentioned that he dont know to handle the corruption compared to congress, that sentence is really ridicules we never except the leader to be corrupt . and ever person has his own reasons to be corrupted this is not a big deal to tell that for his situation he had corrupted . when he was compared to modi. he must be mentally strong ,dont you think that modi had not come across these situation ,but he had handle those situation only then he is called as leader. ofcourse he had some good planes and he had executed but after that he just tried to fighted to save his CM site than his development. thanks for the article to know more abt BSY ego.
