hie pratap,

Here in this article you have well described about individual issue n the person responsible of it, which gives VK readers a correct information.

Apart from that I felt in this article the "Root cause" is not mentioned or discussed. Until unless we cant find the Root cause for any issue we can't find out the solution for it.. is nt it.

The Rootcause here could be .. "The Law. " our Law is outdated for current situation, n the existing every law has dozens of provisions Therefore no politician , highly influence person and wealthy person will get punished in our country.

In our country there is urgency to implement strict law especially towards corruption.
From past few decades wealth is accumulating in few people's hand ie., mainly with politicians , Govt Officials, n Private entities., and leading towards Un-Even distribution of wealth in our country.,

Why the Govt can't take steps for a special assessment of those people who are having more wealth than their earning capacity. after some particular period. ??

Here in this issue. ..Being a judge he knows the loopholes in Law n he had taken wise decision.. to be silent. as everyone knows about our country's investigation / judgment does not have any time bound n as public memory is very short, everyone will forget abt this in forthcoming days. n he may continue in the position...
n this may be continued.. till our country implement a strict rule / Law.

Regards n all the best for your future writings.

This is a classic case of Bar versus Bench. CJ Dinakaran should have avoided the court proceedings till his name is cleared from land grabing allegations. “Caesar’s wife must be above suspicion” should apply to CJ Dinakaran case. Fault lies with supreme court collegium which is going slow on acting against CJ Dinakaran , who is facing charges of amassing wealth disproportionate to his known source of Income. Excellent article by pratap simha .Keep it up.
