The article is factual & is thought provoking! I appreciate the anology given between Christian Rev. Fathers viz.Catholic & Protestnt thinking fallowers. Further it is very interestig to know that Martin Luther was born German national & his revolutionary thinking gave birth to a totally new concept & path to age old Christianity. Martin Luther king Jr. has totally differant background & mission. He was born in north America & was Afro-American leader & accomplished the Dreams of Abrahm Lincon,in bringinging amity between white & Black ethnic races who had to live under one Civil Rules. Rosa Park an educted working Lady belonging to Black Race at her age of 42yrs, living soberaly & almost saintly life, protested to vacate her first row seat normally alotted to pepole of Blackrace(in which she used sit while returning to home) in favour of white person as per instrutions of bus conductor cum driver.As such she was badly handled & procecuted & also fined by Civil Authorities.in ALbama city. She made history as she was the 1st person to up held Civilian rules. She became inspiration to the later comon civil rules uphelding movements led by Martin Luther King Jr, He had learnt the lessons from Mahatma Gandhi & taken him as his spirtual Guru that what I have given to under standing.Later Rosa Park was awarded by the the President of United States. The Noble piece award is given to Martin Luther King Jr. who persued the life principles of Mahtma Gandhi.(comments soliciated)

Till the there are gullible people there shall always be people who will hood-wink others. Its true that its a matter to worry about the proliferation of “astrologers”. But I guess it would have been better if you had talked about authentic astrologers and paid homage to them and maintained balance in your article.

Hi pratap, Good artical as usual. But I disagree with some of your points.. I just want to tell tat all astrlogers are not cheaters some are really good. there are some scientific reasons also behind this belief.. In the ancient days at the time of eclipse some of the harmful rays of sun(UV rays ) use to fell down so, that the people were asked to be there at their home & there is a belief that fasting to be done before eclipse (at least 10 hrs earlier), this is bcoz digestion is completed within 6hrs & during eclipse time no 1 should pass urinals, if it is done at this time , the harmful rays of the sun may effect the digestive system. superb article. in his reign mr.murli manohar joshi said that “everything discovered in the past should be learned under the supervision of science”. some subjects like veda,jyotishya should be learned scientifically otherwise they become useless.current govt should also imply these in their govt & have to march ahead
